HTML - Make This Bigger :(

Hi Here is my site;

The icons at the top of the screen are very small, all I want is to make the images bigger when you hover the mouse over them and to have text show below showing what team the icon belongs too.

I have tried to find something on the web that shows how to do it but I dont know how to implement the code. The code I am using is below.

I am trying to build a simple contact form using tables, textfields, lables and textareas. The textfields are ok in both IE and FF but the textarea is bigger in IE than in FF and also the textareas in both are stil out of position to the textfields.

This is pretty basic i guess, maybe not. I realise there are differences in formatting in IE and firefox but.

So if i....

1) Insert a form tag
2) Insert a table 3 rows x 2 cols in the form tag (name, email and message)
4) Add a lable in the DW designer to attach to each text field/area

then the result looks like this in FF,



and this in IE,



also i just noticed that the font is a slightly different size and font in both as well,

any ideas???

Also i realise you can change the size of the textarea but i don't really see the relationship here with respect to the size of the textfield.

If you save this as .html and view you will find that TD height(blue color) is double the height of form? why so? how can I contract TD to take the height of form. Surprisingly even the height attribute does not work!

I noticed that ie6 renders paragraph breakline spaces bigger than ie7 or FF.

I got around it by using <br /><br /> instead of <p></p>, but is there a proper workaround to make ie6 conform?

Also also tried stipulating the CSS for the p tags, but to no avail:
