Hi friends, I am very well aware that ctrl-a and ctrl-c will not copy images (only the text) in ms-word/openoffice writer. so, the better option is to convert the doc into html and place the contents of the html in Tinymce editor. Basically, I'm generating a random word with a function; then I'm trying to pass this word down to another function. The problem is, when I pass the word, it changes each time (due to it being randomly generated originally). I'm only calling the function once (via button click), but I'm also calling the function in my code lower down to retrieve the returned variable; and the function seems to be running again and returning a new word from my array. The word changes however. Any help would be greatly received. I found a nice script online that will count words. Problem is, I need it to also count each DIGIT (0-9) as a seperate word, whether the numbers are seperated by a space or not. I've searched this forum to no avail. I want to limit a textarea to 500 characters. So somebody can't type in more than 500 characters or paste anything with more then 500 characters in the text box. When somebody submits a Video URL, the Upload Image input box is disabled When somebody does an Upload Image, the Video URL field is disabled If somebody enters more than 1,000 characters in the Text Area, then both Video URL and Upload Image fields are disabled. Hi, I want to have a textbox in which only numeric values will be allowed whose maximum limit is 240( 230.99 should be allowed). I am unable to do that. I am able to format the value entered by placing . in proper places and also I have limited upto two decimal places. This is my first javascript game and it's pretty much built of code I've gathered over time and cleaned up. Here's a manipulated screenshot of what I'm trying to accomplish. Every time you load the page, or click "restart game", three new items will spawn randomly on the level and the time will be reset to 0 seconds. An arrow key must be pressed to start the time counter and the game itself. There are only 5 items so far, cheese, apple, banana, candy and donut. The items are supposed to be collected as quickly as possible, when the last item has been collected (by simply running over it) the game will end, save the time and display a hi-score list. Time limit is 30 seconds, the game will display a classic "GAMER OVER" if the limit is overrided. Problems I'm trying to solve: 1: Fullscreen mode (and make the ant actually STAY on the screen) I want the game level to adapt itself to the computer screen. The time will later be used on the hi-score list where he/she can type her nickname. This information will be uploaded to a database. 3: 30 second time limit Letting the time counter reach 30 seconds will trigger a "GAME OVER". The only way to try again is page refresh or "restart game".
