JavaScript - Open Flash Url In Multiple Tabs
hi experts,
I need to open same url (flash streaming site) on multiple tabs (min 100 tabs) without crashing my browser or drinking all my cpu usage. Pls dont ask me why i need to open like that. The question is can it be done. this works fine if I have the tabs appearing in sequence with player1 embedded in the first tab, player2 in the second and player3 in the third. However, I wanted to randomize the tabs, in which case if tab 3 containing player3 appears first and is played and then the user switches to another tab the video keeps playing.... meaning the above code does not work in that instance. I have added a card catalog search bar on the side of every page. Our catalog software company has supplied the code. After embedding it, I previewed each page to make sure it was working properly. At the time, it worked fine. Since then, I have added other elements to the homepage such as a Twitter feed and a Flickr slideshow. Now, when I attempt to search in the catalog search bar on the homepage, it opens two tabs, but only in Firefox. Our IT person from the software company suggested I make a copy of the page and strip the code down to see what the problem is. After doing this, I have made no headway. Hello Everyone. I have a bit of an issue trying to get one link to open more than one link at a time. Perhaps you can either help me or suggest a better way to do so. I have created a table with hidden rows until a user clicks an open in either cell. Once the user clicks a cell, the next row of opens opens up. What I am having trouble with is getting the table headings to be opened once hidden. Each set of options needs a title or question for the user to understand what choices to make. (these are the td's with colspan of 2) I am using javascript to show and hide the cells I have so far, and I can hide them just fine, I just want to show both sets of cells once the user clicks one link. its a bit complicated because i have functions all over the place Any help you give me would be greatly appreciated. I have created no flash pages and flash pages, but instead of creating a portal at the front of the site that leads you to a flash site and a no flash site id like to do it so the page detects flash or not, and redirects to whichever URL. For simple scenario, it is quite possible to do but in my case -- 1) When parent page is opening popup window, it is getting refreshed (required from client for some reason). 2) Once submit button is clicked from popup window, again parent page is getting refreshed (again its a requirement from client side). With these 2 conditions, I lost my saved value from variable and hence new popup is keep coming when the action is same. Good Afternoon, I am new to coding and I am needing help coding a form. I need javascript coding that will give me tabs. I also need the tabs to be greyed out for the users who should not see those tabs. So if i have an analyst, section chief and division chief. I need three tabs. when the analyst is logged in filling out their questions on the form i want the sections cheif and division chief tabs to be greyed out. Can anyone help me with this! The same code is used below the tabs, and it works there....so it has something to do with the tabs. Please help. thanks I am using a script I found and trying to make some changes. It is a avatar creating script that will put a face together. The tabs are different parts of the face. The problem is I don't want all the different hair colors and styles to show and in the color tab when you click a color it will bring up the hair styles in that color only in the next tab.
