JavaScript - Mark Of The Web

Hi, The mark of the web is used only if I want to run from a local machine with Internet Explorer Browser and not remote so no need for any online server to add :

To prevent for example this alert : "Internet explorer has blocked this site from running scripts or ActiveX control"

If it contain AJAX for example do you ?
