JavaScript - Calling Wcf Service Using Javascript Or Jquery In Html File
Hi I'm New to javascript
how to Call WCF service using Javascript or Jquery in html page.(with out using Activex Objects) Similar TutorialsHi, I'm trying to call a Js function from a test.js located in a HTML file. I'm getting error message "Object has no method..." in Chrome. But no issues are seen in Firefox. The GetCookie func works and returns name correctly. The first alert() box is displayed, - the second one isn't! It does not come back from the call to UngreyInstallButtons() Why? I also tried this: Code:

Again, it does not execute the = false lines at all. Perhaps I'm missing something obvious? The javascript is working fine, but I noticed that if I simulate BTBuckets being disabled using Firefox Adblock none of the content shows up. So in the off chance of the service going offline it'll leave some pretty funky holes in the my content. I tried <noscript> tags which works with javascript off, but the content is still blank when I disable BTBuckets.
