JavaScript - Adding Table Fields Dynamically
Hello, I want to add rows and columns on click. So, i have a table with columns and rows and I had a add and remove button. So I want the user to be able to add/remove more rows if they have multiple inputs/outputs.
So what I want is when the user clicks on add.png, I want another row of Input and Description to appear underneath the current one. Here is my code.. Code: <img src="images/add.png" width="15" height="15" align="right" > <div class="open"> <table width="200" border="0"> <tr> <td class="propertyCol">Input: </th> <td class="propertyCol"><input class="text ui-widget-content ui-corner-all" value="" style="width:210px"></input></th> <td class="propertyCol">Description: </th> <td class="propertyCol"><textarea name="" cols="45" rows="1" class="text ui-widget-content ui-corner-all"></textarea> </th> <td class="propertyCol"><a href="javascript:removeElement();" ><img src="images/remove.png" alt="" width="15" height="15" /></a> </th> </tr> </table> <table width="200" border="0"> <tr> <td class="propertyCol">Output: </th> <td class="propertyCol"><input class="text ui-widget-content ui-corner-all" style="width:200px"></input></th> <td class="propertyCol">Description: </th> <td class="propertyCol"><textarea name="" cols="45" rows="1" class="text ui-widget-content ui-corner-all"></textarea> </th> <td class="propertyCol"><a href="javascript:removeElement();" ><img src="images/remove.png" alt="" width="15" height="15" /></a> </th> </tr> </table> </div Similar TutorialsI type something on the current textarea/input and all the values get removed after I add another field. Is there a solution? Code: <script language="Javascript" type="text/javascript"> <!-- //Add more fields dynamically. function addField(area,field,limit) { if(!document.getElementById) return; //Prevent older browsers from getting any further. var field_area = document.getElementById(area); var all_inputs = field_area.getElementsByTagName("input"); //Get all the input fields in the given area. //Find the count of the last element of the list. It will be in the format '<field><number>'. If the // field given in the argument is 'friend_' the last id will be 'friend_4'. var last_item = all_inputs.length - 1; var last = all_inputs[last_item].id; var count = Number(last.split("_")[1]) + 1; //If the maximum number of elements have been reached, exit the function. // If the given limit is lower than 0, infinite number of fields can be created. if(count > limit && limit > 0) return; //Older Method field_area.innerHTML += "<li><textarea id='steps' name='steps[]' rows='5' cols='40'></textarea><br /><input id='steps_image' name='steps_image[]' /></li>"; } //--> </script> <ol id="steps_area"><li> <textarea id='steps' name='steps[]' rows='5' cols='40'></textarea><br /><input id='steps_image' name='steps_image[]' /> </li> </ol> <input type="button" value="Add" onclick="addField('steps_area','',15);"/> Hi guys, I created a form that contains about 10 form fields and would like to add the option to dynamically add more sets of those 10 fields if a user clicks a word or a button but I need help. I'm a beginner when it comes to JavaScript and would appreciate any help. This is what I need to generate dynamically. Can someone give me an idea of how to get started please? Code: <div id="dynamicInput"> <ul> <li>1</li> <li><input name='textfield1' type='text' size='10' /></li> <li><select name='commodity' width='100' style='width: 100px'> <option>Option 1</option> </select></li> <li><input name='textfield2' type='text' size='5' /></li> <li><input name='textfield3' type='text' size='10' /></li> <li><input name='textfield4' type='text' size='10' /></li> <li><input name='textfield5' type='text' size='10' /></li> <li><input name='textfield6' type='text' size='5' /></li> <li><input name='textfield7' type='text' size='5' /></li> <li><input name='textfield8' type='text' size='5' /></li> </ul> </div> I am very very new to programming and trying to create a web interface for a model. The user needs to be able to add as many compounds as they want and add a variable number of subgroups for each compound. Also, each input needs a distinct name. I have tried adapting someone else code to add/remove form inputs but am not having any luck creating subgroups. below is my code Code: <html> <head> <title>form</title> <content="text/html"; /> <script type="text/javascript"> <!-- window.onload = function () { if (self.init) init(); } var counter = 0; var counter1 = 0; function init() { document.getElementById('moreFields').onclick = moreFields; document.getElementById('moreFields1').onclick = moreFields1; moreFields(); moreFields1(); } function moreFields() { counter++; var newFields = document.getElementById('readcomp').cloneNode(true); newFields.id = ''; newFields.style.display = 'block'; var newField = newFields.childNodes; for (var i=0;i<newField.length;i++) { var theName = newField[i].name if (theName) newField[i].name = theName + counter; } var insertHere = document.getElementById('writecomp'); insertHere.parentNode.insertBefore(newFields,insertHere); } function moreFields1() { counter1++; var newFields = document.getElementById('readsubgr').cloneNode(true); newFields.id = ''; newFields.style.display = 'block'; var newField = newFields.childNodes; for (var i=0;i<newField.length;i++) { var theName = newField[i].name if (theName) newField[i].name = theName + counter1; } var insertHere = document.getElementById('writesubgr'); insertHere.parentNode.insertBefore(newFields,insertHere); } // --> </script> </head> <body> <div id="readcomp" style="display: none"> Comp name<input type=text name="comp" value="" size="2"/> Concentration<input type=text name="comp_qty" value="" size="2"/> <input type="button" value="Remove comp" onclick="this.parentNode.parentNode.removeChild(this.parentNode);" /><br/> <span id="writesubgr"></span> <input type="button" id="moreFields1" value="add subgroup" /><br/><br/> </div> <div id="readsubgr" style="display: none"> Subgroup Name<input type=text name="subgroup" value="" size="2"/> Quantity <input type=text name="subgroup_qty" value="" size="2"/> <input type="button" value="Remove subgroup" onclick="this.parentNode.parentNode.removeChild(this.parentNode);" /><br /> </div> <form action="cgi_bin\show_input.pl" method="post"> <span id="writecomp"></span> <input type="button" id="moreFields" value="add comp" /><br/><br/> <input value="Run Program" type="submit"> <input value="Reset all fields" type="reset"> </form> </body></html> any help would be appreciated. thanks I have a form with 3 fields that will allow a user to search a database of clients by either name, email, or client id number. However, I would like the user to only be able to put information in one field. It can be done be either deleting the other two fields when the user inputs information into a different field, or by disabling the other two fields when the user enters information in one (and also frees up all fields if the user ends up deleting what they entered). I've searched and found several helps that were close to what I need but not exactly. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help. Below is a start of what I had. Basically, it will disable the fields when I mouse out of them but won't re-enable them when I mouse back in. As you can see, I tried various combinations of events. (My code below also doesnt null out the other fields when the user opts to use a different field than the one they first began to enter info in). Any help is much appreciated and if this needs more explanation I will try to clarify better. Thanks Code: <html> <head> <script type="text/javascript"> function makeDisable($ID){ var x=document.getElementById($ID) x.disabled=true } function makeEnable(){ var x=document.getElementById($ID) x.disabled=false } </script> </head> <body> <form name='selectclient' action='client_edit.php' method='get'> <table> <tr> <td align='right'>Client ID:</td> <td><input id='id' type='text' size='20' name='client_id' onmouseout="makeDisable('id')" onmouseover="makeEnable('id')" value='' /></td> </tr> <tr> <td align='right'>Client Email:</td> <td><input id='email' type='text' size='20' name='client_email' onblur="makeDisable('email')" onfocus="makeEnable('email')" value='' /></td> </tr> <tr> <td align='right'>Client Name:</td> <td> <select id='name' name='client_name' onblur="makeDisable('name')" onmouseover="makeEnable('id')"> <option value=''>-- Select --</option> <option value='1' >Ted</option> <option value='2' >David</option> <option value='3' >Zack</option> </select> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align='left'><input value='Edit' type='submit' name='submit' /></td> </tr> </table> </form> </body> </html> I'd like to create a basic form where 3 text input fields are named with the following names referrerId, referrerId2 & referrerId3. My goal is once the text fields within the form are populated with the users data, then once the user clicks submit, a new browser window opens up (in parent window preferably), navigating to the following url exactly as shown. Highlighted in red is the dynamic information I'd like appended. Vacation Packages &referrerId=FIRSTNAME&referrerId2=LASTNAME&referrerId3=AGENTNUMBER Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I have here a code that will automatically generate two text fields (Title & Price) when "Add another article" is pressed. I got this from the web, but I want instead of using a text field, I want it to create a drop down menu based on a mysql table, then update the price automatically (also based on the mysql table) on the other text field once a selection has been made on the drop down menu. Code: <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" /> <style type="text/css"></style> <script type="text/javascript"> var elCount = 2; function add() { var parent = document.getElementById('parent'); var article = document.createElement('DIV'); article.id = 'article_' + elCount; article.name = 'article_' + elCount; // NEW LINE var article_title_label = document.createElement('LABEL'); article_title_label.appendChild(document.createTextNode('Title ' + elCount + ': ')); var article_title_text = document.createElement('INPUT'); article_title_text.id = 'article_' + elCount + '_title'; article_title_text.name = 'article_' + elCount + '_title'; // NEW LINE var article_textarea_label = document.createElement('LABEL'); article_textarea_label.appendChild(document.createTextNode('Price ' + elCount + ': ')); var article_textarea = document.createElement('INPUT'); article_textarea.id = 'article_' + elCount + '_price'; article_textarea.name = 'article_' + elCount + '_price'; // NEW LINE article.appendChild(article_title_label); article.appendChild(article_title_text); article.appendChild(article_textarea_label); article.appendChild(article_textarea); parent.appendChild(article); elCount++; } </script> <body> <div id="parent"> <div id="article_1"> <label for="article_1_title">Title 1: </label><input type="text" name="article_1_title" id="article_1_title" /> <label for="article_1_price">Price: </label><input type="text" name="article_1_price" id="article_1_price" /> </div> </div> any ideas? Thanks Hi, I would just like to know how I would dynamically add another table once text fields in the existing table is clicked on. So pretty much what I have is a table with 5 textboxes lined up horizontally in the first row along with couple of buttons in the second row. What I want is that once one text box is clicked, another table like the one above is created and appears below that initial table. So this is the inital table that should be replicated on each click: Code: <table> <tr> <td><input type="text" /></td> <td><input type="text" /></td> <td><input type="text" /></td> <td><input type="text" /></td> <td><input type="text" ></td> </tr> <tr> <td><button /></td> <td><button /></td> </tr> </table> How would I go about achieving this? Thanks Hellooo. So I'm having trouble figuring out how to dynamically add another set of rows to a table when a button is clicked. The code below shows what goes into one set. When the button is clicked, it needs to create another three rows with the same format as the code below, but the variable names need to show what row they're on so I can easily call the values that have been inputed in another function that saves the information. Sooo for example the first variable, bhrs1-1 needs to become bhrs4-1 in the next set (because there's already a bhrs2-1 and bhrs3-1 in this set, which would become bhrs5-1 and bhrs6-1 in the new set). Sorry the code's so long! Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanksss!! Code: <TBODY> <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=bhrs1-1 name=bhrs1-1><INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=comment1-1 name=comment1-1> <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=bhrs1-2 name=bhrs1-2><INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=comment1-2 name=comment1-2> <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=bhrs1-3 name=bhrs1-3><INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=comment1-3 name=comment1-3> <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=bhrs1-4 name=bhrs1-4><INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=comment1-4 name=comment1-4> <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=bhrs1-5 name=bhrs1-5><INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=comment1-5 name=comment1-5> <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=bhrs1-6 name=bhrs1-6><INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=comment1-6 name=comment1-6> <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=bhrs1-7 name=bhrs1-7><INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN id=comment1-7 name=comment1-7> <TR> <TD HEIGHT=20 SDVAL="1" SDNUM="1033;1033;#,##0_);[RED](#,##0)"> <SELECT style="width:500px;" name=project_id1 size=1 onChange='onProjectChanged(1);'> <? // // Load Projects // // $sresults = mysql_query("SELECT project_id, project, billable_rate, customer_id, Customer.CustomerName FROM Project LEFT OUTER JOIN Customer ON Project.customer_id=Customer.customer_id WHERE status_id='active' ORDER BY project"); $sresults = mysql_query("SELECT project_id, project, billable_rate, Project.customer_id, CostCenter.DisplayNameShort FROM Project LEFT OUTER JOIN CostCenter ON Project.customer_id=CostCenter.customer_id WHERE status_id='active' ORDER BY customer_id,CostCenter.DisplayNameShort,project"); // $srate = 0; print "<OPTION value='0'>--</OPTION>\n"; while($arow = mysql_fetch_assoc($sresults)) { // $srate = $arow["billable_rate"]; print "<OPTION value=\"" . $arow["project_id"] . I have a javascript loop that is looping through all of my <dfn> html tags. These tags are used to show a glossary term on my page. When the user mouses over the term it shows a popup with the term name and the definition. Here is my javascript function: Code: function definitionRollover(){ var j; var dfns = document.getElementsByTagName('dfn') for (j=0; j<dfns.length;j++){ var term = dfns[j].innerHTML.charAt(0).toUpperCase() + dfns[j].innerHTML.slice(1); var definitionArray = new Array(term, dfns[j].title); dfns[j].onmouseover = function(){stm(definitionArray,Style[0])} dfns[j].onmouseout = function(){htm();}; } } As you can see I am adding a onmouseover event to these <dfn> tags which calls another function (stm) with the definition and term being held in the definitionArray. This works great until I have multiple terms on a page. When I have multiple terms it only shows the last terms definition for all terms. My question is how I can get it to work for all terms. I know that throughout the loop the definitionArray is holding the correct info at the correct time but for some reason it only shows the last one. I hope that this makes sense and if anyone could give me any tips or leads it would be very much appreciated. I want to be able to add fields to a form with JavaScript, already had a thread about this in the PHP section and someone gave me some code. But that didn't seem to work So here is some other code: JavaScript: Code: var my_div = null; var newDiv = null; function addElement() { // create a new div element // and give it some content newDiv = document.createElement("div"); newDiv.innerHTML = "<label for=\"column\">Column Name: </label><input style=\"margin-bottom:1em;\" type=\"text\" name=\"column[]\" id=\"column\">"; // add the newly created element and it's content into the DOM my_div = document.getElementById("org_div1"); document.body.insertBefore(newDiv, my_div); } HTML: Code: <div class="login"> <form name="tbCreate" method="post"> <label for="tableName">Table Name: </label> <input type="text" name="tableName"><br /> </form> <input type="button" name="addElement" onClick="addElement()" value="Add Column"> </div> <div id='org_div1'></div> Problem is, it only works if the org_div1 div not between any other tags apart from <body></body>. How can I make it so that the div can be put between the form tags? Hi, I am using a javascript datepicker which works fine with simple textboxes: For example: I have a textBox startDate1 in the table below: <form method="post" name="upload" action=""> <table id="tableId"> <tr> <td> <input type="text" name="startDate1" value="" readonly="true" size="10"/> <script language="JavaScript"> new tcal ({'formname': 'upload','controlname': 'startDate1'}); </script> <td> </tr> <table> </form> --Now I want to add rows dynamically to this table for which I have <a href="javascript:addRowToTable();" >Add Row</a> and the corresponding javascript function: <script type = "text/javascript"> function addRowToTable() { var tbl = document.getElementById('tableId'); var lastRow = tbl.rows.length; var iteration = lastRow; var row = tbl.insertRow(lastRow); var box = row.insertCell(0); var element = document.createElement('input'); element.setAttribute('type', 'text'); element.setAttribute('name', 'startDate' + iteration); box.appendChild(element); } </script> --This code creates the text boxes properly, but I am not being able to add the datepicker to it. Please suggest me a way to add the datepicker to the textboxes in the dynamically generated rows. Thank You Regards Rusho Shaw Hello Everyone, I am inexperienced in JavaScript. I have an html page with several numeric input fields which are an array. At the bottom of the screen is a running total of the numbers entered. The html is like: <INPUT TYPE=TEXT NAME='array[0]' onchange='addup()'> <INPUT TYPE=TEXT NAME='array[1]' onchange='addup()'> etc..... <INPUT TYPE=TEXT NAME='array[9]' onchange='addup()'> <INPUT TYPE=TEXT NAME='arraytotal'> The javascript is: function addup() { var total = 0; for (var i=0; i<=10; i++) { total += Number(document.forms["formname"]["array["+i+"]"].value); } document.forms["formname"]["arraytotal"].value = total; } This works ok, but I don't want the field arraytotal to be an input field. How can I do this please? Hi there, so i am working on a website, and on it there is a video with youtube api. I need to hide all Table-rows that are not during each 5 second time frame. So for example, when it is at 0:36, it will hide all TR's besides the TR that has to do with the video between 0:35 and 0:40. Each TR displays a start time, content, and end time. Here is what the tables currently look like. I have a table that has a series of dropdowns. Each dropdown is build with JavaScript based on the values of the prior dropdowns. The data for each of these dropdowns comes from a series of XML files which are loaded into a series of arrays on loading. This is all working. What I need (but can't figure out) is how to dynamically build a sub-table within a specific cell of the parent table based on the values of the prior dropdowns and if the prior dropdowns are changed, how do delete (not just hide) the dynamic table and rebuild it based on the values of the new dropdowns. Hi all, I have a problem in javascript , ajax and jsp. Please see this url http://xil.co.in/print_screen_2.JPG. I am working on this form. There are sum buttons (like submit , add ,edit at bottom of this page , but not visible in printscreen). On click of a radio button on left side , form fields on right side and small table on right bottom is gettig populated. The table on right bottom , is actually the eligibility criteria associated with the record whose radio was clicked on left . On clicking radio of this record(right side) , I want to populate its values in the above text boxes present right in front of text "Eligibility". During the whole click process (clicking the left and right radio button ) page should not get refreshed. I am able to show records on left side by iterating over a resultset (in jsp) and able to populate field on right side also, but have no idea how to populate table on right bottom dynamically such that I can handle onclick event on its radio button. Pls tell me how to achieve this. Thanks in advance for any help. i have a table with a couple random numbers, and i want to click a button that will dynamically regenerate the numbers each time the button is clicked without re-generating the entire table., im using DOM and innerhtml for these random numbers. heres the javascript and html code. so far, it just generates the random numbers when the page loads. var random = Math.floor(Math.random()*40 + 1) //sets variables for random numbers to generate var random2 = Math.floor(Math.random()*40 + 1) var random3 = Math.floor(Math.random()*40 + 1) var random4 = Math.floor(Math.random()*40 + 1) var random5 = Math.floor(Math.random()*40 + 1) var random6 = Math.floor(Math.random()*40 + 1) //create table function makeTable(lotto) document.getElementById("tableSpan").innerHTML = '<table border="1" id="lotto">'; var caption=document.getElementById('lotto').createCaption(); caption.innerHTML="JavaScript Random Numbers"; var x=document.getElementById('lotto').insertRow(0); var cell1=x.insertCell(0); var cell2=x.insertCell(1); var cell3=x.insertCell(2); var cell4=x.insertCell(3); var cell5=x.insertCell(4); var cell6=x.insertCell(5); cell1.innerHTML='<td class = "normal">'+ random +'</td>'; cell2.innerHTML='<td class = "normal">'+ random2 +'</td>'; cell3.innerHTML='<td class = "normal">'+ random3 +'</td>'; cell4.innerHTML='<td class = "normal">'+ random4 +'</td>'; cell5.innerHTML='<td class = "normal">'+ random5 +'</td>'; cell6.innerHTML='<td class = "red">'+ random6 +'</td>'; } heres the HTML file: <body onload="makeTable('lotto');"> <div id="container"> <div id="header"> <h1>Welcome</h1> </div> <div id="content"> <span id="tableSpan"></span> <input type="button" value="Re-generate Numbers" onclick="makeTable('lotto');" /> </div> { Forgive me, I come from a ColdFusion background and DOM manipulation is not one of my strongest assets. I am trying to dynamically create (and also delete) a row inside a table, which contains three cells that each have three form elements (a input box, a select drop-down box that is populated by a query to a database, and a textarea). Now all the JavaScript/jQuery examples I've seen for dynamically creating elements are very basic, nothing this complex. Could I get some help?! This is what I'm trying to dynamically create so that the user can add more options but also delete them. Would the jQuery clone() function be a good choice for this? Code: <tr> <td> <input type="text" id="rejectName" /> </td> <td> <select id="divSelectReason"> <option value="" selected="true">Enter Rejection Reason</option> <cfoutput query="queryReasonReturn"> <option>#codeAndReason#</option> </cfoutput> </select> </td> <td> <textarea id="editReason" cols="30"></textarea> </td> </tr> Now when a row is dynamically created I also have to access those values as well, so I would assume using a variable that counts each row created, and appends that iteration to the name of that particular element. Hi, I have a working contact form with 3 of the fields requiring validation and they work well. I have added extra fields to the form (StatusClass, Project, CameFrom). These 3 fields return fine but I need to validated them. My problem is that the new fields don't show in the behaviours/validate panel even though they are within the form tag. Can anyone give me any help and advice as to how to accomplish this? Many thanks Code below.... Code: <script type="text/JavaScript"> <!-- function MM_findObj(n, d) { //v4.01 var p,i,x; if(!d) d=document; if((p=n.indexOf("?"))>0&&parent.frames.length) { d=parent.frames[n.substring(p+1)].document; n=n.substring(0,p);} if(!(x=d[n])&&d.all) x=d.all[n]; for (i=0;!x&&i<d.forms.length;i++) x=d.forms[i][n]; for(i=0;!x&&d.layers&&i<d.layers.length;i++) x=MM_findObj(n,d.layers[i].document); if(!x && d.getElementById) x=d.getElementById(n); return x; } function MM_validateForm() { //v4.0 var i,p,q,nm,test,num,min,max,errors='',args=MM_validateForm.arguments; for (i=0; i<(args.length-2); i+=3) { test=args[i+2]; val=MM_findObj(args[i]); if (val) { nm=val.name; if ((val=val.value)!="") { if (test.indexOf('isEmail')!=-1) { p=val.indexOf('@'); if (p<1 || p==(val.length-1)) errors+='- '+nm+' must contain an e-mail address.\n'; } else if (test!='R') { num = parseFloat(val); if (isNaN(val)) errors+='- '+nm+' must contain a number.\n'; if (test.indexOf('inRange') != -1) { p=test.indexOf(':'); min=test.substring(8,p); max=test.substring(p+1); if (num<min || max<num) errors+='- '+nm+' must contain a number between '+min+' and '+max+'.\n'; } } } else if (test.charAt(0) == 'R') errors += '- '+nm+' is required.\n'; } } if (errors) alert('The following error(s) occurred:\n'+errors); document.MM_returnValue = (errors == ''); } //--> </script > Code: <form action="contact_us.asp" method="post" name="contact" target="_parent" class="contentText" id="contact" onsubmit="MM_validateForm('FullName','','R','Telephone','','RisNum','Email','','RisEmail');return document.MM_returnValue"> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="5" cellpadding="0"> <tr> <td width="54%" class="subHeader">Full Name* </td> <td width="46%" class="subHeader"><input name="FullName" type="text" id="FullName" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="subHeader">Company Name </td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="CompanyName" type="text" id="CompanyName" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="subHeader">Address</td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="Address1" type="text" id="Address1" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="subHeader"> </td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="Address2" type="text" id="Address2" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="subHeader"> </td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="Address3" type="text" id="Address3" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="subHeader">Postcode</td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="Postcode" type="text" id="Postcode" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="subHeader">Telephone Number* </td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="Telephone" type="text" id="Telephone" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="subHeader">Mobile Number </td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="Mobile" type="text" id="Mobile" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td height="25" class="subHeader">Email Address* </td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="Email" type="text" id="Email" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td height="30" class="subHeader">Status*</td> <td class="subHeader"><select name="StatusClass" id="StatusClass"> <option selected="selected">Please Choose</option> <option>Architect</option> <option>Interior Designer</option> <option>Private Client</option> <option>Student</option> <option>Trade Enquiry</option> </select> </td> </tr> <tr> <td height="23" class="subHeader">Project*</td> <td class="subHeader"><select name="Project" size="1" id="Project"> <option selected="selected">Please Choose</option> <option>Planning Stages</option> <option>New Build</option> <option>Refurbishment</option> <option>Barn Conversion</option> <option>No project - information only</option> </select> </td> </tr> <tr> <td height="37" class="subHeader">How did you hear about us?*</td> <td class="subHeader"><select name="CameFrom" size="1" id="CameFrom"> <option selected="selected">Please Choose</option> <option>Web Search</option> <option>Grand Designs</option> <option>Living Etc</option> <option>Home Building & Renovation</option> <option>Architect</option> <option>Friend/Family</option> <option>Magazine/Editorial</option> <option>Newspaper Article</option> <option>Trade Show/Exhibition</option> <option>Other</option> </select></td> </tr> <tr> <td height="24" class="subHeader">Brochure Request </td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="Brochure" type="checkbox" id="Brochure" value="checkbox" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="subHeader">Message</td> <td class="subHeader"><span class="style4"> <textarea name="Message" id="Message"></textarea> </span></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="subHeader"> </td> <td class="subHeader"><input name="Submit" type="submit" value="Submit" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" class="subHeader"><em>* Required fields</em></td> </tr> </table> </form> |
