JavaScript - Need To Compare Html Text Area Values By Using Java Script
I have one html text area in my JSP file. when i click on that text area, a pop-up will come, in that pop-up i have list of items. So after selecting a item from that pop-up list, need to click okay. so that text area will update with the selected value.
In this case, i need to compare the first text area value and updated text area value. How can i do that in Java Script. Similar TutorialsHi gud mng, I have one problem... In my coding, ys, ms, ds represents year starting, month starting, starting day... ye, me, de represents end... start,end gives file names in the format of yyyymmdd now i want to process files from 20100101 to 20100930 means from date is 2010/01/01 and to date is 2010/09/30 if i press submit button the files from 20100101 to 20100930 are processes here ys=2010 ms=01 ds =01 and ye=2010 me=09 de= 30 For this how do i call these textbox values (from date text box and todate) to another program (java) Thanks in advance. The problem is if the user starts to enter information, then switches to a different radio button (perhaps they chose the wrong radio to start), the text they already started to enter on the previous textfield doesn't get cleared. My Problem: - The AJAX script fails when I try to change the text inside 'result' using my code, sometimes a whole new page opens with the text I wanted to put inside the result HTML element. So I'm working with a code that I can't seem to get the translation to show up in the text area. The user is supposed to enter text in a text area on the left hand side, hit the translation button, and the translation will appear like a sentence in the right hand text area. Need help with my text box. I want to make it so if i have several text boxes only one number can be entered once. So if i type the number 15 in the first text box and type 15 in the second text box an error will occur saying you cant enter the same number twice. Any idea how to do this? Code:
