JavaScript - Trying To Create A Link That Appends Text To The Url
First, I did this for testing

initially the boat details are hidden... so when i click the boat a modal window pops up.. and a dialog where you can see the boat details.. during the first try.. everything is okay.. but when i close the modal window.. when i click another boat to view, the previous one that was not supposed to show.. were displayed.... I have tried hiding it.. by doing $('class name').hide();.. also I have tried setting the css again to display:none.. but still a no go.. I'm fairly new to javascript and jquery so please help me.. I would like to create a link from one page to another. Easy - I know. But I would like that link to to take me to a certain part of the other page, specifically towards the bottom of the page. Is that possible to do? And if so, what are the different ways I can specify where in the page to go? (i.e. what are the parameters that I can play with) Thanks! I know how to replace the whole lot in the text area, but I want it to insert text where the flashing cursor is in the text box. how to modify so not every time a new text input created when tried to type in? Hello all, I am doing a website project and in that currently I am designing a product page. I have to design add values to text boxes and drag and drop the text boxes in the workspace and delete the text boxes the user does not want and have to draw a graphical line between the text boxes which are in order. I have designed and coded everything except the graphical line part. I am a learner in javascript and Can we draw a graphical line dynamically between the text boxes in the webpage? Hi, I'm a javascript noob, and I am doing a project for CS. I got the page to look how it is supposed to, but it does not work correctly. The input boxes should display a number between 1-4 in the output boxes, but the box displays [object HTMLInputElement] instead. And the buttons all perform their task to one output box, not their own output box. Sorry if that was confusing.
