JavaScript - Please Help With Duration !

Hi Guys

I have created a flight/hotel itinerary and I need to work out the duration of the customers' holiday in order to work out how much it will cost to charge that person per night at their selected hotel.

The problem I have is that the dates are going to vary due to user inputs in which I have used jquery 's " datepicker "

Hi all,

I'm trying to find what I'm sure is a simple bit of js which I can use that will close a div for the duration of a users visit as it would hide a notice I'd only want to display once on a site.

Essentially all I'd want to do is have a simple div with a paragraph and a link to close the div but to have it remember across pages that the user has dismissed the notice.

I noticesearched around and found a similar request here but I don't know js enough to replace the inputs in the example to a simple link and to remove the show div functionality.

Anyone able to provide me with any pointers on how I'd be able to achieve this?

Hi. Can someone tell me if it is possible to display the duration a webpage is accesssed. For example, if its a form webpage, then the time to be displayed will be = time the webpage was left (press submit button etc. or the time the viewer left the page) - time the webpage was first accessed or loaded.

If it is possible with javascript, what are the methods, attributes etc that need to be used.
