JavaScript - Sales Tax Issues, Decimal To Percentage, Calculation Errors

Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere. can anyone tell me if they are aware of the script which will allow an image button to appear, after a certain time.

I'm running a sales video and I do not want the download button to appear until the end.

I am using a JavaScript price calculator. Right now it does everything I need except for one thing.

If you look at the "type" field, they can choose either woven or printed. Right now, if they choose "woven" it adds 6 cents to to the total as you can see in this portion of the code:
if (theForm.select.value=="woven") {
priceeach+=0.06;

Rather than 0.06, how do I get it to add a percentage--say 20%

The way I have my code now inorder to create .XX places I use

var valueY=Math.round(valueX*100)/100;

That way if valueX=15.6898 it would give valueY=15.69.

but the problem arises when I want it

valueX=15.6 to display valueY=15.60

I did some research and people said to use .toFixed(2) but i can't get it to add in the zero if it isn't already there.

I can check now a field is isNumeric via this method var isNumeric = /^[0-9.]+$/;. My problem now user can put two or more decimal and I want to limit just to single decimal and only 2 numbers before the decimal? How to edit please?

Is there a way with Firefox/Chrome to get the actual % used instead of the rendered pixel values?

For example I have a table with the following CSS markup

I am having trouble figuring out a way to get the percentage value with Firefox and Chrome. I am thinking it is not possible other than stylesheet sniffing and ripping out the rules that way which I am not going to do.

I am trying to create a function or have this work some how where it displays the first number when you make your choice in the first drop down box, which is working so far. In the second drop down box, if any of the answers are chosen except for none, it will take off 10% of the first number. Then add or subtract from there. I just have a problem with creating a function to take off that 10%. Here is the javascript:

I have my cumulative totals box at the very end of my order form and I'm required to have another underneath that one that will give a particular discount depending on how great the total of the order is.

Also, the reason I want the slider to be bent, is because I would like the slider to be a sort of bent rectangle, and when the user clicks/drags the slider, the rectangle would "fill" to that point (change its background color up to where the mouse is). Im currently working on a bidding application built within ASP.Net and i have found this javascript snippet to only allow numeric values in the desired <asp:textbox> which is working fine, but i want to allow the user to add a decimal place.

For example, say the bid is 1.50 they should be allowed to enter 1.51 but as i cant imput (.) i end up putting in 151 heres the snippet it may be a slight modification but im new to javascript so any help of knowledge will be highly appreciated

I'm trying to write a pi calculator that shows a comparison of the calculated value to the actual value. It works, but the output of the comparison shows only the first two decimal spots, followed by two 9s.

Why is it showing two 9s and how can I make it more precise?

I have a mortgage calc that is adding an extra decimal place to my interest rate. To see this in action go to:

Change the interest rate to 7.5
Click Calculate Payment
Click Create Amortization Chart

On the following screen you'll see a recap of your data and the interest rate will now say 7.55. Same thing happens if you enter 6.2. Next screen shows 6.22/
