JavaScript - Check If Textfield Has Numbers Then Submit Form
Hi
I have a problem but im not sure if it could be solved by Javascript or PHP but either is good. I have a form with a text box where users can enter a 10 digit code. The 10 digit code can be just numbers/letters (eg. 0123456789 or abcdefghij) or it can be a mixture (eg. 0a1b2c3d4e). What I would like is if the user enters a code which is a mixture of numbers and letters then the submit url goes to mixed.php If the user enters a code which just has letters or numbers then the submit url goes to sole.php Anybody can help me? I know its possible to change the url from selecting radio buttons so I hope this can be achievable. I hope that makes sense...let me know if you need more info. Thanks guys! Similar TutorialsHi, The following code tests the 'numbers' field for numbers. It generates an alert if the field contains anything but numbers. Code: <script type='text/javascript'> function isNumeric(elem, helperMsg){ var numericExpression = /^[0-9]+$/; if(elem.value.match(numericExpression)){ return true; }else{ alert(helperMsg); elem.focus(); return false; } } </script> <form> Numbers Only: <input type='text' id='numbers'/> <input type='button' onclick="isNumeric(document.getElementById('numbers'), 'Numbers Only Please')" value='Check Field' /> </form> However, if I want to change the above statement to read if the textfield does not equal to a number, return true, else, alert the user and return false. I change the branch statement and have it read "if(!(elem.value.match(numericExpression)))," to try to do this. But, the alert message does not generate if I enter "abc123" even though that value clearly contains numbers. Not sure what is going here. Please help me. Thank you. Hello, I have the following DIV tag Code: <div id = "cbContainer"> </div> The div is initially hidden as the display is set to none. I have one text input in my form. Depending upon the changed text in that textbox, there is a javascript function which creates a list of checkboxes and by using the innerHTML, the above div is filled up with the check boxes like shown in the code below: Code: var chkboxes = ''; for(var r = 0; r < related.length; r++) { chkboxes = chkboxes + '<div class ="versionswidth">'+ '<input type="checkbox" name="version" value = related[r] />'+ related[r] + '</div>'; } var div = document.getElementById("cbContainer"); div.innerHTML = chkboxes; div display is then set as "block" which makes the div visible. The problem is that on form submission, the input of selected checkboxes is not submitting. I will be grateful for any help. Thank you. hi , i am trying to pass a javascript variable into URL ..but not getting the value.. var newID = 2; row.insertCell(6).innerHTML = "<a href=Update_Gate.cfm?GateIdVar=newID>Edit Gate</a>"; i am getting "newID" in Update_Gate.cfm page ... i want to pass this javascript variable in url and read it on the other page as form field value any help !! HTML data ... </form> Is there a better way to update MySQL via checkboxes? I have 3 check boxes and one submit button when the submit button is hit I need it to direct to one of 3 pages depending on which check box is checked. can anyone help with this Thanks! Hi all, I'm designing something to addon to an existing product. I'm struggling with some javascript problems. I want to submit a hidden field when you click on an image button, rather than it being an actual submit button. It's going to submit the value "1" to a PHP page, but I don't want it to actually have to GO to the PHP page, just submit it within the webpage. Is this possible? Thanks The solution for my problem below is to place the distribute button inside the form. Now the code seems to work just fine. ---------------- I have a code here that used to distribute a list of numbers into the appropriate boxes in a form. Now, it is not working and I am not sure why. I recently moved some HTML code around, but I can't imagine that I changed anything major. Pasting a set of numbers, 1, 2, 3, 4, each separated by a carriage return, should put them into the first four form boxes. Each consecutive box in the form, where the values will be placed, is labeled output0, output1, output2 and so on. This is the javascript, which is in the <head> section of the page: Code: <!-- window.onload = function(){ var myButton = document.getElementById('foo'); var myForm = document.getElementById('ratings'); myButton.onclick = function(evt){ // 'myForm' is the form element itself var ssInput = myForm.elements.ssPastebox; var newrating = ssInput.value.split("\n"); for (var i=0,len=newrating.length;i<len;++i){ var output = myForm.elements["output"+i]; if (output) output.value = newrating[i]; } return false; }; } // --> The relevant HTML code is he Code: <p class="descript"> <button id="foo">Distribute Ratings</button> <input type="reset" value="Reset Form"> <input type="button" value="Clear All Fields" onclick="javascript:clearForms()"></p> </p><br /> <p class="descript">-------------------</p><br /> <form name="rate_form" id="ratings" method="post" action="ratescan.php"> <table class="rate"> <tr> <td class="rate_imbed"> <table class="rate_imbed"> <tr> <td class="ratedept"><b>HEADER</b> </tr> <tr> <td class="ratedeptshade"><a href="dept.php">Department: </a></td> <td class="ratenumshade" style="bgcolor: gray"><input class="rate" type="text" name="output0" value=""></td> </tr> Any insight at all would be appreciated. Even a simpler way to distribute the values would be helpful. Thanks. I have the following code that I wrote myself (except for the function isNumberKey). However, I don't know how to actually add the numbers together. My plan is to store the value entered in the forms as a variable, then manipulate the variables to get my final number. The final number would be stored in variable named Total and would be displayed after Total: at the bottom of my page. Could anyone help me? I can provide additional information if you need it. Code: <HTML> <TITLE>Magazine Prices </TITLE> <BODY> <SCRIPT language=Javascript> <!-- Price = oForm.elements["price"].value; Quantity = oForm.elements["quantity"].value; Subtotal = oForm.elements["subtotal"].value; Shipping = oForm.elements["shipping"].value; function isNumberKey(evt) { var charCode = (evt.which) ? evt.which : event.keyCode if (charCode > 31 && (charCode < 48 || charCode > 57)) return false; return true; } //--> </SCRIPT> <!-- Price * Quantity = Subtotal. Subtotal value should fill in automatically in the Subtotal input field. Read 26 tutorials, interchanged code, etc. My validation functions all work. My AJAX functions work (tested manually using servlet URL's). The second servlet validates the reCaptcha form that's generated on my webpage. After the form is validated, even if everything's correct, nothing happens upon clicking submit. I even have an alert pop up if with the captcha result, just for middle-layer debugging purposes. I want to do all of my validation clientside; none serverside. However, going to be tough if I can't get my god damn form to submit. I've been puzzled by this for close to 36 hours straight. I can't see, and I'm going to get some rest and hope that there is some useful insight on my problem when I return. html form: Code: <form id="f1" name="form1" onsubmit="validate_form(this); return false;" action="register" method="post"> <table cellspacing="5" style="border: 2px solid black;"> <tr> <td valign="top"> <table cellspacing="5"> <tr> <td>*First name</td> <td align="right"><span id="valid_one"></span></td> <td><input type="text" style="width: 320px;" id="fn" name="fn" onBlur="validate_one();"></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left">*Last name</td> <td align="right"><span id="valid_two"></span></td> <td><input type="text" style="width: 320px;" id="ln" name="ln" onBlur="validate_two();"></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left">*Email address</td> <td align="right"><span id="result"></span></td> <td><input type="text" style="width: 320px;" id="mailfield" name="email" onBlur="startRequest();"></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left">*Phone number</td> <td align="right"><span id="valid_three"></span></td> <td><input type="text" style="width: 320px;" id="pn" name="pn" onBlur="validate_three();"></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left">*City/Town</td> <td align="right"><span id="valid_four"></span></td> <td><input type="text" style="width: 320px;" id="c" name="c" onBlur="validate_four();"></td> </tr> <tr> <td></td> <td></td> <td> <select name="s"> <option value="AL">Alabama <option value="AK">Alaska <option value="AZ">Arizona <option value="AR">Arkansas <option value="CA">California <option value="CO">Colorado <option value="CT">Connecticut <option value="DE">Delaware <option value="FL">Florida <option value="GA">Georgia <option value="HI">Hawaii <option value="ID">Idaho <option value="IL">Illinois <option value="IN">Indiana <option value="IA">Iowa <option value="KS">Kansas <option value="KY">Kentucky <option value="LA">Louisiana <option value="ME">Maine <option value="MD">Maryland <option value="MA">Massachusetts <option value="MI">Michigan <option value="MN">Minnesota <option value="MS">Mississippi <option value="MO">Missouri <option value="MT">Montana <option value="NE">Nebraska <option value="NV">Nevada <option value="NH">New Hampshire <option value="NJ">New Jersey <option value="NM">New Mexico <option value="NY">New York <option value="MC">North Carolina <option value="ND">North Dakota <option value="OH">Ohio <option value="OK">Oklahoma <option value="OR">Oregon <option value="PA">Pennsylvania <option value="RI">Rhode Island <option value="SC">South Carolina <option value="SD">South Dakota <option value="TN">Tennessee <option value="TX">Texas <option value="UT">Utah <option value="VT">Vermont <option value="VA">Virginia <option value="WA">Washington <option value="WV">West Virginia <option value="WI">Wisconsin <option value="WY">Wyoming </select> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <br> </td> </tr> <tr> <td></td> <td></td> <td><span id="error"></span></td> </tr> <tr> <td valign="top">*Anti-Spam Verification</td> <td></td> <td id="reCaptcha"></td> </tr> </table> </td> <td valign="top"> <table cellspacing="5"> <tr> <td align="left">*Affiliation</td> <td align="right"><span id="valid_five"></span></td> <td><input type="text" style="width: 320px;" id="affl" name="affl" onBlur="validate_five();"></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left">*Research Area:</td> <td align="right"><span id="valid_six"></span></td> <td><input type="text" style="width: 320px;" id="ra" name="ra" onBlur="validate_six();"></td> </tr> <tr> <td valign="top" align="left">*Research Overview</td> <td align="right"><span id="valid_seven"></span></td> <td><textarea cols="38" rows="6" id="ro" name="ro" onKeyDown="limitText(this.form.ro,this.form.countdown,500)" onKeyUp="limitText(this.form.ro,this.form.countdown,500)" onBlur="validate_seven();"></textarea></td> </tr> <tr> <td></td> <td></td> <td><font size="1">You have <input readonly type="text" name="countdown" size="1" value="500"> characters remaining.</font></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left">*Talk Availability</td> <td></td> <td> <input type="radio" name="ta" value="In person">In person <input type="radio" name="ta" value="Online">Online <input type="radio" name="ta" value="Both" checked>Both </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top">Links</td> <td></td> <td> <table id="linkTable" border="0"> <td><input type="text" style="width: 320px;" name="link"></td> <td><div id="result"></div></td> </table> </td> <td align="left" valign="top"><input type="button" value="Add Link" onclick="addLink('linkTable')"></td> </tr> <tr> <td></td> <td><span style="color: red;"></span></td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> </table> <br /> <input type="submit" id="submit" name="submit" value="Submit Form"> </form> Javascript file: Code: /* * script.js - ajax and table functions */ var xmlHttp; I would like to show you guys the JavaScript that i using for my contact form /*----- Code goes here by clicking the link -----*/ http://web.ezenne.com/js/completeValid.js The above code was copied from a Youtube tutorial about JavaScript. I would like to ask, what additional code should be added in the existing code in order to validate the numbers only and an email format before the form to be submitted? Thanks! Regards, Ezenne hey all - new to the forum, and need some quick help. i have a form with multiple data entry fields, one of which i need to be in a certain format. currently it will only check for total length (17 digits), which is part of it, but the format needs to be exactly: 0000-00000-000000 (where zeros are numbers) the best thing would be if when the user enters 15 digits, it would automatically format it with the dashes. any and all help is appreciated. please note: this is being used for a print solutions software that auto-generates most of the code, we cannot rewrite all of the code, only work with what we have. here is the code: Code: if (Form1.elements['EIF2']){ if(Form1.elements['EIF2'].disabled == false){ if (!CheckEntry('EIF2', 'Lawson # ', true, 17, 'exactly'))return false; } Can I do something like the below to see if a form exists in a document. Code: if(document.theForm){ alert('form exists'); } Okay this is part of an ajax driven shopping cart. the problem is i need to check for 2 different selections that would be for the same payment method. here is the code as it sits now Code: if ( typeof document.checkout.payment[3] != 'undefined'){ if (document.checkout.payment[3].checked == true) { if (document.checkout.cc_owner.value == "" ) {errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the Name on the card field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } else { if(document.checkout.cc_number.value == "") { errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the Card Number field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } else { if(document.checkout.cc_cvv2.value == "") { errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the CVC/CVV code field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } else { if(document.checkout.cc_phone.value == "") { errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the Card company\'s telephone number field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } else { myCardNo = document.checkout.cc_number.value; myCardType = document.checkout.surcharge.value; if (!checkCreditCard (myCardNo,myCardType)) { errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the Card Number field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } } } } } }} } the problem is in the first 2 lines i basically need it to do this, but when i do it like how i need it to be it will not work. it looks like i am doing it incorrectly maybe. firebug gives me an undefined error on the first checked value because it does not exist when i need it to check for the 2 value. Code: if ( typeof document.checkout.payment[3] != 'undefined' || typeof document.checkout.payment[2] != 'undefined'){ if (document.checkout.payment[3].checked == true || document.checkout.payment[2].checked == true) { if (document.checkout.cc_owner.value == "" ) {errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the Name on the card field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } else { if(document.checkout.cc_number.value == "") { errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the Card Number field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } else { if(document.checkout.cc_cvv2.value == "") { errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the CVC/CVV code field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } else { if(document.checkout.cc_phone.value == "") { errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the Card company\'s telephone number field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } else { myCardNo = document.checkout.cc_number.value; myCardType = document.checkout.surcharge.value; if (!checkCreditCard (myCardNo,myCardType)) { errMsg += 'Please complete or verify the information in the Card Number field in the \'Payment Method\' section.' + "\n"; } } } } } }} } I'm trying to submit a form without refreshing the page and I'm not having much luck. The form just resets and nothing is added to the database. The php script works fine as when I use form action - everything is added to the db. Here's the html form: Code: <div id="form"> <form method="post" action="" id="form"> <label for="sections" id="wybierz">Wybierz sekcje</label> <select id="sections" name="sections"> <option value="sekcjaA">Sekcja A</option> <option value="sekcjaB">Sekcja B</option> </select> <!-- Chose font & background color --> <label for="fontcolor1" id="colorsLabel">Wybierz kolor czcionki/ tla </label> <input class="color" id="fontcolor" name="fontColor" value="F0000F" /> <input class="color" id="bgcolor" name="bgcolor" value="ebebeb" /> <!-- Chose font --> <label for="font" id="choseFontLabel">Wybierz typ/ rozmiar czcionki<abbr title="Wybierz typ oraz rozmiar czcionki">(?)</abbr></label> <select id="font" name="font"> <option value="Arial" id="arial">Arial</option> <option value="Comic Sans Ms">Comic Sans MS</option> <option value="Courier New">Courier New</option> <option value="Georgia">Georgia</option> <option value="Impact" id="impact">Impact</option> <option value="Tahoma">Tahoma</option> <option value="Times New Roman">Times New Roman</option> <option value="Verdana">Verdana</option> <option value="Geneva">Geneva</option> <option value="Trebuchet MS">Trebuchet MS</option> </select> <!-- End chose font --> <!-- Chose font size --> <select id="fontSize" name="fontSize"> <option value="9">9px</option> <option value="10">10px</option> <option value="11">11px</option> <option value="12">12px</option> <option value="13">13px</option> <option value="14">14px</option> <option value="15">15px</option> <option value="16">16px</option> <option value="17">17px</option> <option value="18">18px</option> <option value="19">19px</option> <option value="20">20px</option> </select> <!-- End chose font size --> <!-- Chose line height --> <label for="lineHeight" id="lineHeightLabel">Wybierz wysokosc interlini/ odstep miedzy znakami</label> <select id="lineHeight" name="lineHeight"> <option value="8">8px</option> <option value="10">10px</option> <option value="11">11px</option> <option value="12">12px</option> <option value="13">13px</option> <option value="14">14px</option> <option value="15">15px</option> <option value="16">16px</option> <option value="17">17px</option> <option value="18">18px</option> <option value="19">19px</option> <option value="20">20px</option> <option value="21">21px</option> <option value="22">22px</option> <option value="23">23px</option> <option value="24">24px</option> <option value="25">25px</option> <option value="26">26px</option> <option value="27">27px</option> <option value="28">28px</option> <option value="29">29px</option> <option value="30">30px</option> </select> <!-- End chose line height --> <!-- Chose letter spacing --> <select id="letterSpacing" name="letterSpacing"> <option value="1">1px</option> <option value="2">2px</option> <option value="3">3px</option> <option value="4">4px</option> <option value="5">5px</option> <option value="6">6px</option> <option value="7">7px</option> <option value="8">8px</option> <option value="9">9px</option> <option value="10">10px</option> </select> <!-- End chose letter spacing --> <select id="fontStyle" name="fontStyle"> <option value="Normal">Normal</option> <option value="Italic">Italic</option> <option value="Bold">Bold</option> </select> <label for="tekst" id="wprowadz">Wprowadz tekst</label> <input type="button" value="PL" id="PL" onclick="readyTextPL();" /> <input type="button" value="ENG" id="ENG" onclick="readyTextENG();" /> <input type="button" value="Lorem..." id="lorem" onclick="readyTextLorem();" /> <textarea cols="45" rows="5" name="tekst" id="tekst" onclick="clearTextarea();"></textarea> <label for="add" id="addLabel">Dopisz <abbr title="Dopisz do wybranej sekcji">(?)</abbr></label> <input type="checkbox" value="Dodaj" id="add" /> <input type="button" value="Wykonaj" id="wykonaj" onclick="copyText();" /> <input type="button" value="Wyczysc Formularz" id="clear" onclick="clearAll();" /> <input type="submit" value="Zapisz" id="save" class="save" /> <span class="success" style="display:none"> Registration Successfully</span> </form> here's the script file I'm using: Code: // JavaScript Document $('.save').click(function(){ var sections = $('#sections').val(); var fontColor = $('#fontcolor').val(); var bgcolor = $('#bgcolor').val(); var font = $('#font').val(); var fontSize = $('#fontSize').val(); var lineHeight = $('#lineHeight').val(); var letterSpacing = $('#letterSpacing').val(); var fontStyle = $('#fontStyle').val(); //Datastring to pass through var dataString = 'sections=' + sections + '&fontColor' + fontColor + '&bgcolor' + bgcolor + '&font' + font + '&fontSize' + fontSize + '&lineHeight' + lineHeight + '&letterSpacing' + letterSpacing + '&fontStyle' + fontStyle; $.ajax({ type: "POST", url: "update.php", data: dataString, success: function(){ $('#success').fadeIn(200).show();} }); }); any ideas what's wrong? I would like an image to be the button for a form to be submitted, but a sound is to play onclick for 3 seconds before the submit happens. It sounds easy, with a setTimeout delay, but I can't get it to wait: Code: <script type="text/javascript"> function delay(){ mySoundObj1.TGotoAndPlay('/piano','start'); setTimeout('delay2()',3000) // piano sound lasts for 3 seconds } </script> <script type="text/javascript"> function delay2(){ // nothing here I guess... } </script> <FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="do something"> <INPUT type="image" onsubmit="delay();return true;" src="image/image.gif" width="60" height="60" type="submit"> </form> Can anyone do this? I mean maybe it is not possible? I have written some code below which hopefully changes teh value of the flag using JavaScript, I now want to request the value of the flag to see if it's a 1 or a 2? Code: <script> function collatedata() { document.f1.flag.value=1; document.f1.submit(); } function generateinvoices() { document.f1.flag.value=2; document.f1.submit(); } </script> <input type="hidden" name="flag" id="flag" /> <a href="javascript:collatedata();" class="button"><span>Collate</span></a> <a href="javascript:generateinvoices();" class="button"><span>Generate</span></a> Hi all, I am building a custom validator. I don't want any suggestions on using a jQuery framework, i just want to ask a few question on how best to continue. Code: <script type="text/javascript"> //Validator Strings And Expressions. var Letters = /^[A-Za-z]+$/; var Numbers = /^[0-9]+$/; var Alphanumeric = /^[A-Za-z0-9]+$/; var Email = /^[a-z0-9][a-z0-9~_\-]*(\.[a-z][a-z0-9~_\-]*)*@(([a-z0-9][a-z0-9_\-]*\.)+[a-z]{2,4}|[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3})$/i; var Telephone = "0123456789- +()"; document.onkeyup = function(event){ //IE doesn't pass in the event object var event = event || window.event; //IE uses srcElement as the target var target = event.target || event.srcElement; var strId = target.id switch(target.id){ case "M_FIRSTNAME": validEmpty(strId,"* Please enter your 'First Name'."); validChars(strId,Letters,"* Your 'First Name' contains invalid characters."); break; case "M_LASTNAME": validEmpty(strId,"* Please enter your 'Last Name'."); validChars(strId,Letters,"* Your 'Last Name' contains invalid characters."); break; case "M_EMAIL": validEmpty(strId,"* Please enter your 'E-mail Address'."); validChars(strId,Email,"* Your 'E-mail Address' should be in the format you@email.com."); break; case "M_EMAIL_CONF": validEmpty(strId,"* Please confirm your 'E-mail Address'."); validMatch(strId,"M_EMAIL","Your 'E-mail Address' does not match.") break; case "M_USERNAME": validEmpty(strId,"* Please enter your 'Username'."); validChars(strId,Alphanumeric,"* Your 'Username' contains invalid characters."); validRange(strId,6,12,"* Your 'Username' should be between 6-12 characters."); OnCheckAvailability(strId); break; case "M_PASSWORD": validEmpty(strId,"* Please enter your 'Password'."); validChars(strId,Alphanumeric,"* Your 'Password' contains invalid characters."); validRange(strId,6,12,"* Your 'Password' should be between 6-12 characters."); break; case "M_PASSWORD_CONF": validEmpty(strId,"* Please confirm your 'Password'."); validMatch(strId,"M_PASSWORD","Your 'Password does not match.'") break; } //document.write(return true); }; document.onclick = function(event){ //IE doesn't pass in the event object var event = event || window.event; //IE uses srcElement as the target var target = event.target || event.srcElement; var strId = target.id switch(target.id){ case "M_TERMS": validCheck(strId,"* Please accept our Terms and Conditions."); break; } }; </script> This is the "on page" validation. This, as you can see calls functions held in an included file onkeyup. This all works well, also the username check ajax call works great. However I have 2 questions that I need to sort before this will work correctly. 1. Using M_USERNAME form as an example. If I start typing in there it will begin validating, which is great, However, if i typed in "matt_thomas" based on the validations, Empty:Pass, ValidChars:Fail, Range:Pass, Check:Pass. So I know that it isn't empty, it's the correct length and it's not already in the DB. But it fails because of the "_". This should mean that I receive the error i have setup for that failure. But I don't. Because I don't stop on a Fail, I receive the success message of the last function. So my question is; How Can I stop running any more functions when one fails? 2. Looking at the above code, How can I make sure that a submit will only work when ALL fields validate correctly? Is this possible? I'm sure it is, but Can't see the woods for the trees right now Thanks for any advice you can give. Even if you can just suggest something to look for. Also sorry in advance but I don't understand alot of "tech" jargon lol, so please keep it simple. Why do I get "Object doesn't support method" error when clicking my links? Code: <script> function approve(){ document.forms['approve'].submit(); } function decline(){ document.forms['decline'].submit(); } </script> <form method="POST" name="approve" action=""> <input type="hidden" name="STATUS" value="APPROVED"> </form> <form method="POST" name="decline" action=""> <input type="hidden" name="STATUS" value="DECLINED"> </form> <p><a href="#" onClick="javascript: approve()" ; >Click here to APPROVE this request.</a></p> <p><a href="#" onClick="javascript: decline()" ; >Click here to DECLINE this request.</a></p> the showUser function has ajax in it that calls a php file that accesses a db to perform some calculations. I wanted to use the clicked function to force required dropdowns to be selected but I cannot seem to get the submit button to do anything. It does nothing when you click it. Not sure how to proceed, have looked everywhere. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.
