PHP - Moved: Errors With Mysql.

Im trying to make a login box for my website and i have a problem here it is:

I put all my info in the file.

Is there any problem with the code?


When i put it on my website i get this error.

Theres more codes for the whole login box but too much.

I have a problem where I am getting these errors after a form has been submitted from join.html
Here are the errors:
