PHP - Php Code For Word File Conversion

Anyone know of a script that will allow you to upload a file and converts it to a specified file format?

I have searched and searched the web for an answer and cannot find one pleas help?

Can this be done easily enough with php? I've attached my current code below, but don't see how i could add this in.

I'm pretty sure this is really simple to do using the count function, but I am having a hard time finding examples on how to count the number of times a "SPECIFIC" word occurs in a file. For example, I just want to display how many times "this-word" occurs in "http://www.mysite.com/logfile.log". Any help would be appreciated.

Other than downloading the file, editing it on the local PC, saving it, and uploading it back to the server using some applicable script, any ideas?

I have a code to filter out stopwords (from text file) out of a string supplied.

Seems its not filtering out the stop words.

So the output is not filtering out any words from that text file.

Can someone help me with this?

Hello Friends,

I need to convert the DOC (WordFile) in to PDF through PHP code in my web. According to requirement whenever the user upload the .Doc file code should convert that .Doc file into .PDF file at runtime.

I have tried by using PDFLib and FPDF functions but  when the .Doc file contains the images,tables etc. either FPDF or PdfLib being falied to generate PDF file

I am using Linux-PHP-MySQL Technolgoies for development.

I am expecting suggestions and help from expert friends who can help me out to achive this.

I am new to php and indeed Web Development.

After testing and Playing a bit, I can get the following code to work as two files, the form calling the *.php file to insert into the database, however, I am trying to create one html/php file that displays the form and then executes the php code to insert into the database once user clickes the button.

I can't figure out what the heck is wrong with this code. When I attempt to use it, it get an error message from my browser that the file is under maintenance or configured incorrectly.

I have not been here for a long time, but just recently my php5.ini and .htaccess file got deleted while trying to install a new script. I have shared linux hosting at godaddy, but I cannot seem to get the code required inside these two files that would be standard or basic.   Does anyone have a sample code I can use on these two files?   Thanks in advance!

hi i have this form that runs with ASP. [this is a must since i didn't create that form] and must run in the wordpress header.php...

is this even possible?

include_once "/someFile.php" works

I NEED to be able to full URL. Anyone know what PHP setting I need to change to get this working for me?
