PHP - Php Script Photo Gallery Help

Hi:

I found this photo gallery tutorial online:

I uploaded it and it works really well, but I'm stumped on how to add the functions listed at the bottom of the tutorial.

I want to be able to add, edit, and delete Categories and Photos.

It has the code to do it, but it doesn't give and examples.

Can someone show me how to make them work?

I really do not understand where to add them, if I need to make new pages, etc.

Any insight would be great!

I have this script that I am using to upload new video galleries to a website. The script allows the user to upload an image that will display when they click on the gallery. As of now the image gets uploaded and a thumbnail is created automatically and stored in the appropriate places. The original image however remains its original dimensions. How would I tweak this script to resize the original image to MAX_WIDHT = 400px and MAX_HEIGHT = 750px along with keeping the create thumbnail feature?

well I lowered my standards massively. LOL. I decided to google, "php upload and display image", instead of "php gallery".

Here is the error I get
