PHP - How To Send Multiple Variables Into Database?

When i $_POST[] the form it doesn't send anything to database after the & sign. How can i allow it to send without breaking the php code or whatever.

right now I have :

mysql_real_escape_string(ucwords($_POST['title']));

Basically I have successfully found a function that can send email with attachment. However wasn't able to send multiple attachments. I tried sending two attachments manually, but only the second was successfully attached. Can someone look through the code below and point out my mistake. Thank you in advance....

I have a page that adds name and date of birth of an actor.

If I type print_r($url), the output which I am intending is not appearing... Sending SMS to a single recepient is fine. The problem is sending sms to multiple recepients. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello everyone , I am new to php  .. I am trying to make website that other people can order my books.So I saw video tutorial
about making shopping cart and everything works , until part when other person need to send me information what ordered.
With paypal it works , but in my country paypal is not available to use , so I want them to send me their details , and I will send them books .
I made database , it works to get their details , but can't get hidden parts , product_id , product_id_array and cartTotal so I can know what they ordered , and how much they need to pay me .. How to "grab" what they ordered , they shopping cart when have products .. Thanks in advance for help ))

This is the error I am getting:

ERROR: Could not able to execute INSERT INTO database_name(full_name, company, email, serial_no) VALUES ('test', '', 'email@home.com', ''). Table 'table_name' doesn't exist

Not sure what I am doing.

 

Basically I want to have the form so I can enter the data, once its been entered, it lets me know its been successfully updated, then loads the page again.

I have read online and there are so many different answers I do not know which to choose.   I have a form on a website which works fine as it is.   I just want to add a function that when the the visitor clicks submit they get a copy of the email as well. Hopefully someone can help me out with this.

I have a HTML form wich contains basic textfields en checkboxes.
Beyond that i have a row with some dropdowns, but one of these fields in the row is a file field.

Also, the visitor is able to add a new row, when the user clicks add row, a new row with the same fields including a new file field appears.
This can be done as much as the user likes. The fiel field is optional though, it doesn't need to be filled.

All my textfields, checkboxes and dropdowns are coming through email nicely.

Only thing that isn't coming my way are the files i attach.

For the file fields i take it you need an array wich i have put in the form

can anyone please help me that i m a new user of PHP and linux so please tell me how i can send an email when mySQL insert trigger have been generated.

the scenario is like this, that when new value insert in a table (client_Table), then insert trigger is generated and the functionality of that trigger is that it gets the last inserted row Primary ID (suppose the value is '111') and get the specific audio file (with the name of "111") from specific location in Linux path (/var/lib/audio/"TablePrimaryID".wav) and send Email with audio file attachment and primary ID, to any specific Mail address. (with the help of gmail SMTP).
