PHP - Form Code And Php Code In One File

In my code

include_once "http://myserver.com/someFile.php" does not work but
include_once "/someFile.php" works

I NEED to be able to full URL. Anyone know what PHP setting I need to change to get this working for me?

I can't figure out what the heck is wrong with this code. When I attempt to use it, it get an error message from my browser that the file is under maintenance or configured incorrectly.
I am attempting to have a user complete a form field on my website, upload a document, and send the email to me with the file attached.

I have not been here for a long time, but just recently my php5.ini and .htaccess file got deleted while trying to install a new script. I have shared linux hosting at godaddy, but I cannot seem to get the code required inside these two files that would be standard or basic.   Does anyone have a sample code I can use on these two files?   Thanks in advance!

it takes ids from a file and implodes to a new file

its supposed to looked like this

How can I create a PHP script that will trigger a download?   For example, if I have a database of files and file IDs, and have a hyperlink like this in an HTML page:   getfile.php?FileID=1001   How can I code the getfile.php file so that no matter what type the file is (ZIP, EXE, JPG, AVI, etc), it will cause the browser to prompt the user to download the file?   (Not entirely sure if this is more a PHP question or an HTML question because of how I'm approaching it...)   (The purpose of me using the getfile.php file is so that files can be physically moved around without me having to update all of the hyperlinks in the HTML files, but rather just update the paths in the SQL database instead.)

When i want to implement it in my signup page, it doesnt do anything. I've checked it a thousand times, i double checked that also the

-formname of my signup page is 'formname'
-the element name stays 'subcategory'

I really need this to be implemented. Where can be the problem? What should i look for?

The problem is that i use tpl files for the visual part and all my other tables are in tpl. How can i insert the table above in my tpl file, whitout loosing its functions?

I have a weird kind of problem.
I uploaded all upload-directories through FTP which have 777 permissions and owner name 'abc'
This means I can access all of them through the codes.
But while creating files inside those full permitted directories, the compiler complains for access denied.
Meanwhile, a different directory is created with same name whose owner is 'apache' itself and the previous directory is lost.
Then I cannot change the permissions of that directory through FTP.
I don't if it is apache server's problem itself or not.
Or is it a way to define user while creating/editing/deleting files and directories through php code itself?

When I try to upload a file larger than the server's max limit, the following code is not executed. How am I supposed to inform the user that their file is too large? NOTE: I've stripped the code down for this post.
