PHP - Content Depending On Used Domain

Is there a way to query some information depending on if a table field DOES NOT include a specific value? I've got a table that contains over 100 locations. I want to organize the data on the frontend by country (specifically US and International). How would I go about filtering out locations that DO NOT belong in USA?

Hi all,

I am trying to produce a script that will send out an email but the user can basically choose how often they get this email... I want to give them the option of daily, weekly and monthly. I have the logic down on paper and in plain English it seems to make sense but I am having a hard time converting this to code:

My logic is:

1. find out how often they want to get the email (we will call this frequency, as thats what my database field is called)

2. drag out last updated timestamp (this is called last_updated and is a unix timestamp)

3. some form of compare i.e. if frequency is weekly and $today is 7 days after last reminded alert them

as I say this makes sense in plain English but I'm having a hard time converting it... this is what I have come up with so far:

I have two tables categories and subcategories and what I want do is display them but here I ran into problem displaying the subcategories. Here's the code that doesn't work, all it does it displays categories.

So what I am hoping that is doing, is the session named "sellername" is stored with the variable of the logged in user. In this example "testuser".
Now the page updates.php will have an id attached to like so: updates.php?id=13. Which will have info only available for testuser's eyes. On the page it does this.

The if statement should process: "If the session variable for 'sellername' equals the database entry 'seller' then display the rest of the page."
However, no matter what user is logged, it will display the page. Any ideas?

Hi. Im pretty sure this is easy but ive been trying for hours and looked all over the web but cant seem to do it.

I have information submitted to my database which I then retrieve on another page. I retrieve the landlord name and group the same values together plus retrieve an overall rating which I average and sort by. This works and is done using:

To make it a bit more difficult, the AVG(overall) value will not always be an integer from 1-5 and will need to be rounded to the closest one. Think i can use  ROUND for this but dont know how to put it in.

how can i set the color of a table background depending on what a variable is in my database?

I currently have a table which echos data from my database, but i want the background too be a color depending on the value of a variable called 'status' (there are 3 variations)

the variations are; order placed, processing and complete

so for example:

I tried with _GET, but the problem is that I don't simply want to add a word but a lot of content.
With _GET, that whole content would have to be displayed in the title and I don't want that.

I need my select dropdown to show the relevant option. I am using a GET action to pass the id of an article to another page (edit article page) with this i am selecting that specific record and passing it's data into form object in order to be modified and updated. The only issue is my category list is a dropdown and i need it to display the relivent category for that specific record.

Hello there, i`m trying to figure out a way to reorder a query string depending on variables.

So the url would have the following query:
/result/index.php?page=Weissenfels+Clack+and+Go&tyre=155_70_12&option1=30_02&option2=43_02&v_t=car&options=2

It should depend what page they come from if the page is equal to option2 then option1 is op1 and option2 is op2

To make it myself easier i have converted some variables
On every first two digits ie 43 from the 43_02 can have 13 different ending digits, ie _03 or _04 or _05 etc...

So i have converted all 43_02 43_03 etc to one variable ie $chain1 or $chain2 which holds in this case 43

a 43 is equal to Weissenfels+Clack+and+Go

in the index page i have included the following process.

At the moment i can only use php coding, unfortunately no mysql atm
