PHP - Form With Radio And Post
Hi all,
I have a page with 4 textboxes which can be filled out. The thing is I want people to be able to only train 1 type at a time. Underneath I posted the Form page and the exec page does anyone have and idea?? I want the que_ID to display four choice for each question ID. so it would be Question ID=2(choice1=selected, choice2=notselected, choice3=not selected, chocie4=not selected) and this would be repeated to the next question ID. So far I can notice that my chociename are added by one(choice1, choice2,choice3,choice4,choice5,choice6,choice7,choice8,choice8......) so my post for loop will not work work as my choices goes up to more then 5. Hey Guys. I am working with a form that shows the grand total on the checkout page. The value of the grand total is inside a hidden field. When click on submit, the _POST array doesn't get back the last value of the grand total. I need to hit the button twice to get the last value. The weird thing is when I echo the value of the grand total it display the latest value, but not with the POST array
For example. If the grand total is $10.00 and I click on submit. It will show the POST['grand_total'] as empty. If I click on submit again it will show the grand total of $10.00.

I'm new to PHP, and I'm having some real difficulties with trying to re-populate a radio button selection on a form.
Basically, I'm working on a WordPress plugin which uses custom fields to create a Bet custom post type.
I need to have my form submit the user input, then re-populate it so that if the user wants to edit and update the Bet data, they don't have to fill in the whole form details again, they can just edit what they need to, and update (re-submit) the form.
I've managed to get all of the form elements re-populating, apart from a radio button. I've been trawling round the internet for most of yesterday evening and this morning, trying different things, but nothing I've found works for me.
I'd really appreciate some help if anyone knows how to do this.

In my invoice system im trying to carry information from 1 page to another, witch i have been successful with, now I am trying to alter table rows on my data tables I need to send the same account number and invoice number, how can i achieve this without putting the account number and invoice number inside a form element? Hi all, not sure if this belongs in the Javascript section or PHP... I have a 3 pages, Index.php, a Javascript file and my display.php page. My Index page has a list of inputs which populate the variables in my javascript file when exectued, the javascript file then uses these variables to perform simple mathematical calculations and then displays the data using the innerHTML function back on my index page. From the index page I need to then post all my values, including these in the innerHTML div's as a POST array to my display.php only im unsure where to start. I'm kinda new to PHP and web development and I seem to have a very wierd problem which is driving me nuts (for the last 2 days)...so I'd appreciate any and all help in getting it resolved.
Okay, so here's the problem:
In the code below, I used to have just the first statement below...which essentially accepted input as a textbox for a text field named qty_pkg (in the underlying MySQL table)...and that used to work just fine.
So then I decided to change the input type for that field to be a radio button, accepting one of two choices i.e. "UoM" or "Qty", and therefore I added the remainder of the code, whilst also commenting/remarking out the first statement.
What happens (when I added the radiobutton-related code) is that control no longer goes into the TRUE portion/logic of the "if ( !empty($_POST))" condition-check, but rather, it seems to go into the "ELSE/FALSE" portion of that conditional check. However, a record does get added to my table, even though I do not have an "INSERT INTO..." clause in the ELSE porition of that check. Also, what gets displayed on screen is as follows:

I am doing some practice with classes. MY class below echoes out input and radio fields based on the instantiation of the Form class (the code below is working!), but I am trying to resolve how to get my form radio fields so they are not in between every other form field as they are supposed to be next to eachother. If you run the below, you will see what I mean. And also is my approach at all sensible? Now the users will fill up the form in arabic and a confirmation email will be sent to them in arabic also...I tested my form, I get the confirmation email in arabic, its fine, but the data tht the user inputs in arabic on the form comes to my email with strange characters.....i want to receive the data entered by user in arabic.
