Edited by ZohaibKhalid1, 17 October 2014 - 08:41 AM. Trying for days to communicate to an IP camera from an apache server using PHP I do get responses from the camera RTSP/1.0 401 Unauthorized CSeq: 1 WWW-Authenticate: Digest realm="Login to 3E072F5PAL00180", nonce="bf2693784e774fb41b569ca02d8abe54" The nonce changes each time I refresh, I guess that is exactly what It should do. I read that I must MD5 the user and password along with some other data and create a string that goes back to the camera to authenticate and once done the camera replies RTSP/1.0 200 OK Somebody has a small bit of code to build the required answer from strings? I am not big in PHP,
I did find this on a page but it is way over my head, I do not have anything called $data.
$A1 = md5($data['username'] . ':' . $realm . ':' . $users[$data['username']]); $A2 = md5($_SERVER['REQUEST_METHOD'].':'.$data['uri']); $valid_response = md5($A1.':'.$data['nonce'].':'.$data['nc'].':'.$data['cnonce'].':'.$data['qop'].':'.$A2);
I get the idea of sending commands with an existing socket. socket_write($socket,$answer);
I have assigned directly as strings the password and user.
Hello. I am trying to connect to a AXIS 210A Network Camera with PHP and CURL. The reason why, is to log in to only one webpage, and then show all the webcams. Any ideas anyone? i want to change the content of my div tag dynamically using javascript in PHP. I am using the following technqiue but it is not working. <?php echo "<script type='text/javascript'>\n"; echo "document.getElementById('mydiv').innerHTML = 'contents of div.......';"; echo "</script>"; ?> please guide me how can i do this Thanks, Best Regards, Nice Candy. I'm trying to Embed the images from Apple into my PHP file. So anybody can help me with this. Here is the RSS feed format from which I'm importing Code: [Select] <item> <title>Dead Awake - Trailer</title> <link>http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/independent/deadawake/</link> <description>DEAD AWAKE is a seductive supernatural thriller starring Rose McGowan, Amy Smart and Nick Stahl set against the backdrop of a mysterious tragedy that shattered their lives a decade ago and which sets them on a path to uncover the truth that lies between the living and the dead.</description> <pubDate>Wed, 01 Dec 2010 00:00:00 PST</pubDate> <content:encoded><![CDATA[ <table> <tr valign="top"> <td width="67"><a href="http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/independent/deadawake/"><img src="http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/independent/deadawake/images/poster.jpg" width="65" height="97" border="0"></a></td> <td> </td> <td><a href="http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/independent/deadawake/"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: 900; text-decoration: underline;">Dead Awake - Trailer</span></a><br /> <span style="font-size: 12px;">DEAD AWAKE is a seductive supernatural thriller starring Rose McGowan, Amy Smart and Nick Stahl set against the backdrop of a mysterious tragedy that shattered their lives a decade ago and which sets them on a path to uncover the truth that lies between the living and the dead.<br /><b>Directed by:</b> Omar Naim<br /><b>Starring:</b> Nick Stahl, Rose McGowan, Amy Smart, Ben Marten, Kim Grimaldi, Brian Lynner, Justin Marxen, James Serpento, Jack Mishler, Shane Simmons, Rachel Storey, Justin Urich, Andrea Leon, Livia Milano, Phyllis Mumford</span></td> </tr> </table> ]]></content:encoded> </item> OK, I've seen this done both ways and want to know which (if any) is the most secure way to do it... I've been coding my pages using echo statements to write HTML, such as: <?php echo "<p><strong>hello, World!</strong></p>"; echo "<p>You a $age year(s) old!</p> "; ... ?> and so on... but is this any better <?php <p><strong>Hello World!</strong></p> echo "<p><strong>You are $age year(s) old!</p>"; ?> Is one of these methods better than the other (using ECHO to write actual HTML statements out rather than just embedding them in the script without ECHO)? Which is the recommended method? Hello. I've asked around in many places now, and I thought I'd ask here too. A few days ago I installed phpBB3 on my site, works like a charm. I used a plugin for wordpress to integrate phpbb to wordpress, all works great. Now my problem is to embed the forum to my wordblog page. I tried using a simple iFrame solution, and it worked almost, but there's a common iFrame problem. The height, it doesn't scale with the embedded page, instead it stays as a 100px high frame with a scroll bar. I've searched google for hours now, and tried every possible javascript and css/div-tag solution I came across. Nothing works. Are there any alternatives to this? I tried using <?php include('../phpBB3/index.php') ?> But I get errors. It might be because I'm including from another directory, so it might be worth giving a try to give the direct path somehow, but how? Anyway, are there any other solutions for this problem? Hello All,
I am strugling with embending standard smtp code within the one I have. As I am using PHP ocassionaly I have problem with this.
My code is to use mail function to send email through an form with email server installed on host system where the form and server are together.
I want this code to adapt to sth that can login to google account and use google external smtp protocol to send the content of the form defined in $headers
The problem is I am using self generated captcha that validates if the email is sent and all fields are filled (currently under tests what should be filled and not filled) and it works fine
This is my code that works on a local host server:
//Set up the email headers
//Set up the email content
// Required Fileds Validation
And would like sth like this in place of $mailer , but my way is not working The code I thought would be embeded into $mailer $mail->isSMTP();$mail->Host = 'smtp.googlemail.com'; //gmail SMTP server $mail->SMTPAuth = true; $mail->Username = 'GMAIL_USERNAME'; //username $mail->Password = 'GMAIL_PASSWORD'; //password $mail->SMTPSecure = 'ssl'; $mail->Port = 465; //SMTP port Any idea how to adapt it to my code are welcomed and appreciated,
Thanks
Edited April 29, 2019 by slawotrend I'm not sure if this is possible
Previously I had a problem of outputting rows of a specific query
This was the solution that was given to me
$txt .= $date . " " . $stratoparse . "\n\n";Where a while loop's results were concatenated to a single string What I would like to do is output the results in individual containers with controls such as dragging for repositioning / an x for deletion That's not what I'm here for in this post I want to embed youtube videos, so they are not just stored as links, rather a clickable video so if you have something like string.string2.string3.string4.string5.<iframe src="youtube"...>.string7.string8 how would that video be isolated and parsed / understood as a front end youtube video ? To provide a brief background in case you are wondering why in my right mind, I would want to do this... First it is the primary solution that comes to mind going off what already works Secondly, the purpose or point of the concatenated string comes from the "application" design which is a store and recall interface. Vague, I know. The website has multiple users and they all have access to a single database. They save random strings, whether they are paragraphs or links, possibly videos that are uploaded, etc... these are saved by a keyphrase, later recalled by searching that keyphrase. Currently the output is nothing more than a concatenated string, that was fine initially but some of my friends have been testing the website and they made suggestions which are good such as repositioning and deleting entries. Now I want to automatically parse youtube links into embedded videos... I'll probably use that explode "function" to disect the link and place the url within the src=" " Anyway, I have to look into this but if anyone has any thoughts I'd appreciate it. Edited by moose-en-a-gant, 11 January 2015 - 02:05 AM. Is there a performance or security issue when embedding HTML code to be written to a page using a series of ECHO statements within PHP? Here's two examples: <?php // Some PHP code echo "<p>Hello, World</p>\n"; // More php code ?> versus: <?php> // Some PHP script commands ?> <p>Hello World\n"; <?php // More PHP code ?> Is there a performance issue or potential security flaw that would make the first example any worse/better than the second? (Is one method more "secure" than the other method, I guess is what I'm asking?) I like the ease of just throwing in HTML within a PHP script without having toe escape quote marks, etc. But, I'm a bit concerned about security since whatever technique I use will be incorporated into a "commercial" production website. I'm trying to make a League of Legends (a video game) community website, both as a personal project and for practice. Now the game has a lot of champions, each of whom have 5 unique abilities. Now, I thought about manually inputting all the details about each champion into a MySQL database, but that would long and tedious, and I don't really have the time for it now. Also, the game patches very oftern (like, once every 2 weeks) which changes many of the stats, etc. of the champion, and it is not possible for me to keep manually updating these every time there is a patch. Fortunately, there is a League of Legends Wiki which has all the data I need in their specific champion pages, which they keep updated per patch. So I was wondering if there was any way to get the data from the divs in the wiki, and have it display on my site. What I want to do in my website is that whenever someone types a champion's name (in a post or whatever), I want it to display a hover-over dialog with some of the champions details. And a lot of other features such as that. In plain English I need a way to : > Tell PHP to go to the wiki's source code on a specific page > Find a specific div container > Get X data from there > Pass X data into a function to display the hover-over I think this way, I would not have to maintain a database as I can leech off the wiki's data. I have not coded anything like this before, so I would like a few pointers as to how to achieve this. Any help will be appreciated! hello My database is in a same server with seperate domain name , then I want to insert from website1 mysql data on website2 mysql data. can anyone help me? I tried searching on google but couldn't find any relevant information, please redirect me to relevant source or help me with the code. I want to pass a domain name in text field which will be scanned and then the script will display entire site map. Not external links or links on a page. Sorry it is not easy for me to explain. Eg. if i pass abc.com Script will display abc.com/12/adn.php abc.com/asd/asd/ etc Whatever their url format is. All the links on that domain. Is it possible to download files from a website to my online websites root directory? reason I'm asking is because I have been downloading large video files to my computer which take about 20 minutes!! Then I use FTP to upload them to my site but it takes about 2-3 hours per video!! I was looking for a faster way! All help would be great! Hi, I haven't used any php for a while, but i am making a website, and i need some advice on how to do the following: I want the website to change an image once every 24 hours, the image will revert back to the original image after 2 minutes. Does anyone have an idea how I could start doing this? Hello everybody!
I have been asked by a customer to develop a GTP website (Get To Pay, those websites where people earn money from clicking on ads). I managed to write the backend, signup and login but I am unsure how the ads part, with built-in user-tracking works and fallback link works.
I would really appreciate any kind of help.
Thank you very much!
P.S. For the user tracking I was thinking of sessions with matching ip and user agents together with an anti-proxy online service (e.g. MaxMind, Proxystop, ...)
Hi there Can anyone please help me. I am trying to get my website working but i am struggling big time with the php. The things i need to do are not to complicated however my lack of skill with php is making me struggle. I need help in making the php work on my website. Can anyone help please. (Please note it is not a commercial or business website.) Anyone who can help please contact me. Thanks I am working on a website and I am at a standstill. I would rather speak to someone one on one but its been very difficult to find someone that could help. I have the scripts that I want but when I add the scripts to the mainpage everything stops working. I really don't want to go to wordpress because I am almost done with this one. Thanks.
This would be an example of a page I'm referring to: http://www.curse.com...other-downloads
I want to get the file name and compare it to another name (to see if they are the same or not). I have no idea how to access that page from my website. I'm guessing PHP would be best although if you don't think so tell me what you think would be better (I was thinking javascript but don't think that's cross-site compatible). Is there a PHP function to get the value of the href which is in this case (as of this posting) "Railcraft 9.4.0.0".
I used inspect element to see the code of the page but have no idea if this is possible or if I'm even going about this the right way. The code would have to work on this entire website (all pages have the smae layout as this one though! Any help is greatly appreciated!
My code on website is not validate on W3 Validator.
