PHP - Echo Returning When It Shouldn't

I have a function with a query and then a while loop and then an if file_exists with an image path.  I am getting the image path displayed as text.  Would this be because I am running the query through json encoding?

I have a problem where the following code is running the query before it should.

For some reason when the code above is run it executes

Before it runs:


      if($this->isAccountRegistered($AccountUsername, $AccountEmail) == USERNAME_REGISTERED)

            echo("<div class=\"warning\">Unfortunately this username is in use by another member!, please select another!.</div>");
        }


Causing it to say that the username is registered every time yet still inserting the account into the database, its returning that its registered because it inserts it before doing the check, does anybody have any idea why, this really has confused me, thanks for your time.

I'm working on a fairly straight forward facet of an image gallery application where the client can upload a zip file full of photos and it extracts them one by one to a temp folder, resizes it and moves it to the pic folder, creates a thumbnail, then deletes it from the temp folder

All that works fine, but I'm testing it in a situation where I'm uploading a 56 MB zip file, my max_file_size is 128 MB, and it gives me the 'max_file_size' error. Anyone else ever have this problem or have any ideas on how to solve it?

Say a script has

ignore_user_abort(true);

set. If the user aborts the connection and print is called, the buffer doesn't get written anywhere. So shouldn't print() return false in this case? To clarify, I know it doesn't, but shouldn't it? If not, why not?

OK, have no idea what's going on... I've done this a million times... why wont this output!??
I must have a major brain meltdown and dont know it yet!!!

I'm trying to echo the response from an SLA query, the query works and returns the data when I test it on an SQL application.. but when I run it on my webpage it won't echo the result.

So I need to echo a row from my database with php, but where i need to echo is already inside an echo. This is my part of my code:

I have a log system that allows 10 logs on each side(Left and right). I am trying to make it so that the left side has the 10 most recent logs, then the right as the next 10. Any ideas?

Hi   I try to echo out random lines of a html file and want after submit password to whole content of the same html file. I have two Problems. 1st Problem When I echo out the random lines of the html file I don't get just the text but the code of the html file as well. I don't want that. I just want the text. How to do that?

I tried instead of "file("$filename.html");" "readfile("$filename.html");" But then I get the random lines plus the whole content. Is there anything else I can use instead of file so that I get the random lines of text  without the html code?P.S file_get_contents doesn't work either have tried that one.     2nd Problem:   As you could see in my first problem I have a file called $filename.html. After I submit the value of a password I want the whole content. But it is like the program did forget what $filename.html is. How can I make the program remember what $filename.html is? Or with other words how to get the whole content of the html file?   My code:

I'm having a problem with my query returning more than 1 rows...I've even copied the row which is returning to see if that'll return 2 rows but it doesn't   can anyone explain why this is happening please?

It is definitely retrieving the correct info as it is correctly checking member levels to display certain information.

For some reason, instead of displaying the person's display name it is just displaying the number 0.

Now I was curious if there was a way I could return an array in my function like the following, I currently get a error though:

But can you only return strings?.

Here is the function that it errors on:

I am trying to implement error proofing to a log in script.  But, I cannot get it to work?  I have no idea what is going on, or why it doesn't work like I expect it to.  I have tried everything, please advise.

This is the method I am calling:

It is supposed to check the database and see if that username is already in use.  But it never directs to the error page?  I have even tried commenting everything out and returning true, and returning 1.  Nothing?
Any advice?
