PHP - Using Csv File Reader Class To Read Csv Files

I'm looking for some PHP code which can read a certain text file i have.
I need to get certain information from this text file.

Now, there are more parts like this with an other tokenID & runtimes.
I need to get the runtime for each token (in this example it will be 9953 + 10903 + 65456 + 83128 + 12187 + 28148 = 209775 (ms)).
I need PHP to display the tokenID + the total time per token.

Hi, I have coded a site, whereby users can log in, and depending on their group, view all files within their group directory:

In this example, a user can click on their file, and it will let them download it, but if there is a folder (directory) in there, once clicked on, it will open a  index of the directory.

Is there a way instead, to let it open a custom page and list the files within it there?

I have a large number of files. It is recommended to save the files with hashing system to have fast access to files through the OS. But I have no practical knowledge about hash. Could you please give me a hint, how to save a file with hash coded system via php? and how to read the hash coded filename by php?

I am moved a clients system from one ISP running PHP5.5 to a new ISP running PHP7.2

My problem is coding of filenames when I create zip files, with non English letters. I found this to work with CP775.

$dl[$z]=iconv("UTF-8", "CP775//TRANSLIT", $dl[$z]);
            $zip->addFile($file, implode("/", $dl));

Now, would it be possible to detect what CP to use from the system?

I found mb_detect_encoding but it does not tell me much.

I am using apache web server on linux. I am using PHP for web designing. On web server, i want to show the configuration data by reading the ini file. I am creating this ini file from one php code itself. If this php code i run through linux terminal, the file is created with file and group owner as root.(i am having sudo rights on machine) Then if i try to read the ini file from my apache web server, it gives warning as failed to open stream: permission denied. I have tried changing the owner, and permissions to 777 of the file. Still it is not readable. On the other hand, if i run the php code of ini file creation through web server, ini file is created with file and group owner as apche. and web server is able to read/ write the file. But i want to create that file from root or some other user and later read/written by apache. How to give this access permission?

I need help understanding how to access resource files using ResourceBundle Class and what should be ResourceBundle file format.

I have an example of usage in the form of:

$r = ResourceBundle::create( 'en', $fileName);

but what is the correct format of Resource file?

Can it be a format of property file in the form of
key=value
key=value?

or can it be a .txt file of format?:

  myName:string { "Here goes my name" }
}


Can someone share a very simple example of ready to use Resource file with a plain text in it?

I been wondering how to protect all the files that contain classes, functions and forms in php to prevent direct access to something that the user shouldnt be able to without the proper check's (typing http://server/inc/login.php insteand of http://server/), and i came to this small idea of checking if an object is set or not but i m wondering if this is really the best idea here's what i have (the case bellow will protect an login form to be accessed directly):

Using PHP Version 5.2.13
My question: How do I access a class and it's methods from an included file?

I have an Index.php page that calls two methods:

and it creates a class in an include file

<?php get_header(); ?> ends up including a another file (header.php)
<?php get_header(); ?> ends up including a another file (footer.php)

All calls in Index.php to methods in my class work. ie <?php $site->display_section('column'); ?>
But calls in either the header.php or footer.php to methods in my class fail with "Call to a member function is not an object".
I understand what the error means but I don't understand why. I thought all functions and classes defined in an include file have global scope. As per PHP.NET's documentation:

"When a file is included, the code it contains inherits the variable scope of the line on which the include occurs. Any variables available at that line in the calling file will be available within the called file, from that point forward. However, all functions and classes defined in the included file have the global scope."

The include that creates the class is something that I have inherited from another developer and I actually can't change the scope. I've tried with global $site = new WebSite($site_name);. It actually breaks the entire site.

How can I access classes, properties, methods in an include file?

Any help would be appreciated. I've been racking my head for several days now on it and it's probably some newbie thing that I am completely overlooking. I hope I've provided enough background and info.

I have an xml file which actually hold the currency conversion information which I downloaded from xe.com

In the xml, the currency section snapshot looks like this:

this is the conversion of USD to Euro. And it tells how much is 1USD gonna be in Euros. i.e 1 USD = 0.713 EUR

I have a product page on my website having the rates shown in USD.

For the visitor is accessing the page from Europe it has to show the converted price in Euros.

My application can detect the visitors country if hes accessing the page from Europe so that is not a problem.

I just need to read the xml file and display the converted price based on the rates in the xml file.

How can I read the xml file and output the price in Euros based on the rate.

Before I upload the file I get the following errors

The uploaded file contains dates, time, blank fields, true and false and text.  I will need to prevent sql injection and html entities like ampersand sign.

After uploading the file, it only reads the first line of my csv file which contains the title of each column and nothing is put into phpmyadmin 

im looking for a cool code to read file content of a file in a remote server

i have a file called
online.php that have this commands

i wanna have another file in my own host to read the content of this file from the remote server
anyone have an idea ?
