PHP - Store Form Data In An Array And Update Array With Each Submit Click

Hello all,

I have an error handler that I need to append messages to (First name not right, Last name not right, etc)

I'm using a session array to handle all error messages titled GORB.

How come this code won't work?

How can I get it to work? I already have the handler output written and functioning fine, I just need to get it to loop over an array of errors instead of just one.

I've used a lot of solutions from this site, however, this is my first post, so go easy on me  :-)

I've created a product form the successfully INSERTS data to a mysql table. 
I can successfully query the data so that product information can be updated.

When I click submit to UPDATE the rows, everything updates except for 2 fields that are arrays.

This part of the code:   UPDATE productoptions SET sizeid = '6', colorid = '5' WHERE productid='41'   , is supposed to be updating sizes and colors, however, it is only updating the last size/color selected in the check box.

I have a form on our website that a user can fill out for custom product.  I want the form data to be 1) stored into a mysql database AND after storing said data, 2) email the same data to our sales department.

1)  The form data DOES get stored into mysql database (except for the first two fields, for some weird reason)

2) I added a "mail" section to the php file that stores the data into the database, but it is not working correctly.  I have stripped the email portion down to sending just one of the fields in the "message" to make it easier for troubleshooting

I have included here, both the form section of the html file, and the formdata.php file that processes the data for your  analysis.  I am relatively new to php so there are going to be some issues with security, but I can work on those after I get the store & email process to work correctly.  Please review my code and see if anyone can be of assistance.  I looked through the forums and couldn't find another issue that was the same as mine.  If I just overlooked, please tell me the thread post #.  Thanks

Using curl_multi, I have loaded up 3 url's and then printed the array.

1) How can I also set a timestamp on output to let me know when each url was run?

2) How can I explode the array to only display the data and timestamp, excluding the text "Array ( =>", "[1] =>", "[2] =>" and " )"? Code

I have a form with lots of fields.

How would I run a loop to get each field name and data into an array, so i can then send it off to a function to process each field name / data differently. Instead of typing all the variables in the main function name for each post.

Would a foreach statement work?

I'm creating a tool for building project proposals for clients, with pricing.

I have a database with two tables: services and clients.

The services table looks like this:

I want to add something here so that based on the selected client, we see only the services/prices they selected (ol' Narwhal's page would not show the "Logo Design" line). I've got the data from "clients" pulled in to this page as well, but don't know how to relate it to "services."

it submits to another page fine as an array and i can print them using

i'm trying to get all the results from a query search into an array and them have another query search the results from that array againts a different table to get the right results.

I'm trying to store the match I get in $result to a variable so that I can easily compare its other values against other values. Here is my code..

When I do $db_match = key($result); I get 0 each time and when I do:

I get 1 each time...which I assume is the number of matches which meet that criteria instead of the array key I found a match on.

Hey, sorry for these fundamental array questions lately, I am not going to ask much more when it comes to this.   The hashtags come from the submit form (separated by commas) and get stored inside an array with the "explode()" function. The script should select the ID numbers of the hashtags from the table.   With the script above only the last row gets inserted into $fetch_array inside the while loop.   When the $fetch_array variable is printed on screen then only one ID number can be seen inside the array:

Array ( [0] => 24 ) 

How can I have the other ID numbers too?

I want to store files to variable array using glob()

like
$files[0] = xyz.txt
$files[1] = pqr.txt
.
.
.
$files[n] = nfile.txt

I know how to list files from directory using glob()
