PHP - Problem With Php Code And Refresh

Hello,

I am trying to load an external image from a NOAA site directory. This image refreshes every three hours, starting with 0 and then 3,6,9,12.....21 in a 24 hour calendar, and are stored for days in advance. The date/time is in the file name. Originally I had written the script to refresh on the hour, and then realized the tri-hourly spacing. This is what I have:

I am not fluent in php, but I assume I need a "If H=1,4,7,10,13,16,19,22; Then H+2 ; along with If H=2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23; Then H+1" to keep the images relatively current. I just can't quite wrap my head around how to express this.

i could really use some coding help. I have a form that users use and submit. i'd like the page to refresh and show the new data when submit button is pressed however, right now it only shows when i manually refresh the page. here is the code, can someone please tell me what to add or take away to make it work. thanks

This script works great as well.

Currently, the auto-refresh jQuery script as you can see if getting and fading in/out all of the rows.

Off of the above getrows.php script, is there a way after I could get only the newly created rows since the last refresh and only fade those in and out while leaving the others already loaded by the auto-refresh script to not fade in/out?

Any ideas, thoughts or suggestions would be unbelievably helpful.

Hello,
I have in my script , a page called Account Details , and there is an option there to change the password .
And to change it i must put the current password and the new password.
My problem is that it doesn't recognize that i inserted the correct current password and it still says " you must add the correct current password ... "

hi, i combined two js code in one, gradient slider wroking and changed codes in  text area. this is ok. but gradient colors can not displaying in textarea and also horizontal and vertical menu can not changing colors and codes.   what is my wrong ?

I'm using codeigniter for my php project i' already have a drop down list displayed in one page of the web browser which had dynamic values from my database, as soon as you click on the submit button it takes you to another page which has to display the cities from my database and that is not happening at the moment, this code used to work nicely when i had the cities displayed in a single page as  the drop menu but doesn't anymore since i need the cities displayed on another page ,any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi guys.I've got a problem.I'm building my php browsergame and i'm stuck into the inventory page.I have a code that seems ok to me but it won't work.Here it is:

I've spotted the problem.The $inventory array is empty.I checked it with if(empty($inventory)) .Thanks in advance and keep in mind that I'm a noob yet.
