PHP - Error With Form To Email

I have a process that runs in the background, so I don't get to see its output. What I would like to do, is if a error occurs (mysql or php) send me an email with the error message(s), then end the process. Any way I can do this?

Right now, I am not sure if any errors occur, but I am thinking that they might be happening. So any way for me to get the error would be awesome!

I have tried resetting the password on my old account and the email never arrives , nor do my notifications for posts.

i wanting users to be able to update there email address and check to see if the new email already exists. if the email is the same as current email ignore the check.
i have no errors showing up but if I enter a email already in the db it still accepts the new email instead of bringing the back the error message.

As the topis says, I need help with an email form.
You must have valid email address to go further, so lets say you write asdada as email, you won't be able to register the account, you must have asdada@hotmai.com or something like that.

If anyone knows it would be awesome!

I've decided to rewrite one a couple of my forms, to make them more user friendly.

SECOND PROBLEM:If a user has made a mistake, he gets the error message so that he can correct! However, when a mistake in the form occurs, all the data the user has entered are disappeared! I want the data to keep appearing so that the user does not start over again to fill the form.

THIRD: When the erro message is displayed to notify the user that he made a mistake when submitting the form, the message is displaying on the top of the page. I want it to appear below each respective field. How to do that? In JQuery it is simple, but in PHP, I am confusing!

Hello, first time poster..  I've looked the web over for a long time and can't figure this one out.

- Below is basic code that successfully checks MySQL for a match and displays result.  I was debugging and forced the "height" and "width" to be 24 and 36 to make sure that wasn't the problem.  That's good.. 
- I'd like to give the user ability to select width and height from a form.. and have it do an onchange this.form.submit so the form can be changing as fields are altered (thus the onchange interaction)
- In a normal coding environment I've done this numerous times with no "Page cannot be displayed" problems.  It would simply change one select-option value at a time til they get down the form and click submit...  but in WordPress I'm having trouble making even ONE single onchange work!
- I've implemented the plugins they offer which allows you to "copy+paste" your php code directly into their wysiwyg editor.  That works with basic tests like my first bullet point above.
- I've copied and pasted the wordpress url (including the little ?page_id=123) into the form "action" url... that didn't work...  tried forcing it into an <option value=""> tag.. didn't work.  I'm just not sure. 

I've obviously put xx's in place of private info..

Why does this form give me Page Cannot Be Displayed in WordPress every time?  It won't do anything no matter how simple.. using onchange..

Hello there. I'm a designer and not really a coder, but I do my best. I'm trying to set up a mailer form that will collect email addresses for a newsletter and send them into my inbox in the body of a message. I've managed to create just that, but I need some other functionality that I haven't been able to accomplish.

The work is for a non-profit site on Net Neutrality. http://internetyouneed.com/. You can see the form under the navigation menu. I sends the addresses to me just fine, but it also takes you to a blank page after. The form in nested inside a css div with an image background. I'd love two things: One, something that secures the form a bit so that only email addresses get sent and not random junk. I'd also like it if, instead of trying to go to another page after being clicked, it would stay on the same page and delete the form and changed the div's background image (say, a thank you image). Is this possible?

Im having trouble getting this form to work on my website.  It all seems to work ok, however when i test it, i dont recieve any emails to my inbox.  Godaddy seems to think that I am connecting to their server in the correct manner, but say that they cannot advise on customers codeing issues.  I thought that somebody in this forum maybe able to give me some pointers?

My contact form is not sending all content.

Specifically, the dates for 'birthday' and 'anniversary' is not coming through correctly. The day works fine, but the month and year is not working.

Hello my great PHP gurus, I have a question that might be simple for some of you geniuses. I have simple HTML email form getting sent by a PHP script and I cant get it to work right.
All I want is the get the email, name, subject and in the body I need to have 3 variables ( name (again) Telephone and details. This is the code I have so far:

HTML Form (relevant details only):

<input type="text" name="subject" id="subject" class="input" />
<input type="text" name="email" id="customer_mail" class="input" />
<input type="text" name="telephone" id="telephone" class="input" />
