PHP - Need Help With Multiple Html Form Arrays Going To One Sql Table
In my form I have this:

So conference[0], confDate[0], confDesc[0], confPres[0], and confPresTitle[0] all need to go into the same index of their respective fields in the DB table. I could do it through a different foreach loop for each array and iterate through all foreach loops with another loop, but that doesn't seem very efficient. I have a table i populate from database (upon a parameter the user insert and with PHP $_GET i take this value and populate the table accordint to if). After I allow the user to add or edit data in rows by using jquery. The last part I do is to want to save the changes back to database using PHP. The jquery i use suppose to serve different tables. So its written in a way that get the table structure and add rows upon it. In this example I put it in the index page Everything works fine,but I cant build the array from the added rows. My variables in the php part got null values (although in debug mode I see that $_POST... store data in the array What do I miss here? Thanks here is my php+ html part of index,php

for starters, i am a complete beginner at PHP, so i know almost nothing.

As an example assuming i have a searach page on which the user can enter search criteria into the following fields: name - text box site_location - drop down box (default set to 'search all') job_title - drop down box (default set to 'search all') manager - drop down box (default set to 'search all') email - textbox Its easy when all fields have user data set or one has user data set but when the user has entered data into only a couple of the fields I have problems constructing the SQL query, namely when it comes to adding the 'AND' keyword into the SQL query. No matter how i try to set out the logic in the PHP code i seem to end up with at least one combination of the search critea leading to back to back AND statements. I somewhat fail to group the values (years) per author. I know that keys are unique, but is there a way to work around this?

The form is currently 80 text boxes, dropdowns, and text areas being submitted to the database. I need this info to populate after the user id is entered and a button is pressed. I will have to update this page frequently with notes. I am going to create a new table just for the notes and will attach the customer id to it also. There are 5 data elements in each row and I'm thinking that using a form in the html might be the best way as I'm totally ignorant about tables in html. I am attempting to submit a form that includes multiple check boxes for one data field. I have set it up the implode the data and make it a comma delimited array.
