PHP - How To Convert Html To Image File?

Just want to ask if this idea is feasible or something, these past few days im doing some research on how materialize the said topic and apparently there were no sound solution so far. , im working on a script that allows users to publish html design to jpg, Im done with Imagemagik since its the nearest inline with the specs, so is there any other solution aside from this? im thinking of a php script that will do the job, more likely some gdlibrary manipulation or something. Hello Friends, I need to convert the DOC (WordFile) in to PDF through PHP code in my web. According to requirement whenever the user upload the .Doc file code should convert that .Doc file into .PDF file at runtime. I have tried by using PDFLib and FPDF functions but when the .Doc file contains the images,tables etc. either FPDF or PdfLib being falied to generate PDF file I am using Linux-PHP-MySQL Technolgoies for development. I'm not sure as far as CPU usage (on server)/(on client) and bandwith usage if loading one picture at a time to scroll versus having a line up "pre-exist" which even then, I would only have five images at a time but what if that is multiplied by 10000 users
Anyway, the current knowledge I have, I have a css animation property that takes in a photo and animates from 0% to 100% keyframe based on margins to make the scrolling happen
In the HTML section there is a list of photos, I would like there to be one line of code that is like a receiver that takes in or reads in arbitrary photo locations and puts that next to be scrolled without interrupting the main animation sequence which I'm not sure if there would be interruption. Anyway I don't know if that is possible. If someone can point out that this idea is obviously flawed then that would be great.
This isn't my ultimate solution, I have yet to see others, I'm just trying to minimize loading and lag
The other problem I have that is interesting is that I want the scrolling to stop when a person hovers over an image, and then resume... I have gotten this to work but only on one image... this is probably a matter of listing out all the key parts of the problem and seeing the solution but
When I had a list of photos that were scrolling together, I could get the whole animation to stop when hovering over the first photo and then take me somewhere (all the photos have working href's) but the animation would not stop if I hovered over any photos after the first. The animation would keep going
So I tried to animate each picture independently and that was just a cluster ****
Still working on that
If someone could point me in the right direction on the main problem of reading in photos live to work with css animation, that would be great.

However, I want to have a link that says 'Convert to PDF' then it automatically converts the webpage into a PDF. Is there any way to do this? I am trying to convert 6 files into a single 1 php file. After nearly a week I managed to make it work. Only some validation needs to be done. My next step is to make it work for multiple files, ie. 5. I have a wordpress website that has a 'Wine List' page, in which it lists over 100 'custom posts' detailing each wine. I have tried out several plugins to convert the wine list into a PDF but none work in the way that I require. So now I'm thinking to just do it outside of wordpress and find a PHP script that may help me. I imagine it would be impossible to simply execute a script at the bottom of a page for it to convert whatever HTML has been generated into a PDF? Or is there anything that would allow me to specify what records from the database to add to the PDF? E.g. for me to type a PHP script with a MySQL command and for that to be converted into a PDF? If I try strip_tags, that just strips it (and it doesn't work with php). And I can't use strip_tags with conditions, because I don't want to list all codes! Also, the code has both html tags and php code - I just want that whole thing to be displayed as is, without havign the browser try to "read" it.
