PHP - Output Information To Display On External Site
I have a website that lists courses. I want each tutor to be able to add a piece of code that will display upcoming courses on their website. I am unsure of the best, secure way to do this.
Could I simply create a file with a function and allow the tutor to add this to their site something like: <? include "http://www.mysite.com/showCourses.php?user=peterPan; ?> This showCourses.php would connect and query my database, would this work? Similar TutorialsHow can i use return to output more than one row of information? i would like to merge the results from multiple SQL rows into one string somehow so that I can return them through a function. So what I want to do is show a bunch of listing that the agent owns on their dashboard which I have already done. Now I have two links one to update the listing and one to view the listing. Now what I am trying to do is when the view listing link is clicked it will take the user to the listing-display page and then I want it to display all the information for the listing that the link was clicked under. But i cannot for the life of me figure out how to do that!

I am an extremly novice at this php stuff. I have a file that displays a vehicle listing based on a xml feed. I am trying to add a link to another detail page by clicking on the words Full Detail (bolded below in the code) and send me to another page (index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=6 (joomla)), the item detail page is based on the vehicle id and has the vehicle details show up. the detail page is also a xml file with the item info. I assume I have to use the <a href.... but how do I add the Id of the vehicle. Do I use a .($_Get['vehicleid']). Follow me? Maximum number is the highest number that the script will go to, and generate rate is how many numbers should be created. When the script runs, the numbers are stored into a MySQL database. Both the pages are in external website, and if I directly point www.thatsite.com/page2.php, it shows blank page (no error). I won't consider myself a great PhP programmer, so I'll gladly appraciate any help! If I change the link to a page made out of HTML, the code works, but the text here is a tracklist of a Live365 radio station. It changes dynamically according to what song is currently playing. I guess the code behind all this is formidable, to say the least, and I can't tell if it's made out of Javascript or PhP, or something else. Is there any way that I can solve this? I was thinking of getting the contents, then have the function updating every 10 seconds or so, so that the text is up to date most of the time. Webapp noob here.
I have an application that is going to be data-heavy, so I would like to avoid saving things to the database whenever possible. The application in a nutshell is an android application wired up to a php web app(with MySQL) where you can send requests to the phone and the phone will respond with text or image data with POST.
The normal way to do this would be for the phone to post the data to the database, then have the webapp display it. However, what im wondering is if it is possible for a user on the webapp to request information from the phone, and then when the phone replies using a POST to display the information temporarily in maybe a popup window instead of having to save it to the database.

I have been given a task, and I gotta say it is kicking my butt.
Here is what I have to do.
1. Have user fill out and submit a form.
2. Data gets sent to: http://www.ffiec.gov...de/Default.aspx
3. Data is set as values for input fields in the sites form.
4. Form executes.
5. Retrieve result data.
6. Display data back to my site.
I have no idea how to do this.
Usually when I have done something like this I use an API.

A success page then appears with some of the details they entered as a confirmation page. Unfortunately I cannot get the information to appear on the page. 0 downloadsHi I am trying to search an array that comes from a power shell script, the array of strings that returns is ever changing as it receives variables from the script. Therefore I need to use preg_grep to search for the word "not" I am also using another array which inverts this I then need to compare these new two arrays to the original and separate the results $working and not working into a table. I would be most grateful for any advice/solutions. The preg_grep aren't displaying anything.

user can then login with email id and pwd. now after login ..user will get a page where he can upload the photos of products images and their price, so now my question is that when he finishes uploading (|by clicking on upload button) the product images and price text box ..then on final uploaded webspage it should show all other things which he registerd before (company name , mobile number etc) along with images and price...hence the main question that user does not need to enter mobile and address while uploading images and filling proce ..but on the final page it should show mobile and address along with price and images..as user is not going to enter mobile and address again and again as he will have multiple products to upload.
