PHP - Need Help Creating Form With Multiple Recievers.
I am need of some help on how to create a form with multiple receivers between tables.
table1.field1 value is 10000 the form should allow a person to enter the id for those members to receive(separated by a comma) and the amount they each receive from table1.field1 then of course add the amount too each members account, and subtract the total from table1.field1 (and of course check if the value is high enough to distribute the desired amount between members. These would need to change as the user moves onto the next item in which the description and price would change as well. What is the best way to initiate an installation? The project is currently in a git repository. Is it better to simply pull the master branch per installation; or is zipping up the master branch, copying it to the new subdomain, then running the installation a better (secure?) method?
What is the best way to initiate an update of code? If using the git repo, hat would deal with updated code, but not updated MySQL tables.
Should the user be allowed to choose to update (so much like W$, a popup shows up that says there's an update; user can choose to update or ignore); or should all updates be forced (such as at a certain time)?
I haven't seen much online with my searches, but I may be blind at this point. Any thoughts/comments appreciated!
Yes, I am going to be one of those guys today. I have never done XML anything, besides past 2-3 hours or so, and I am getting frustrated. I have learned how to create simple XML files and save them. I am however having hard time figuring out how to create and XML file when trying to access an table from databse. I am looking to export from "registered_users" table all "registrations" and include "first_name", "last_name" and "age"
Sample:

Ok, so I've spent quite a bit of time piecing together this solution from a variety of sources. As such, I may have something in my code below that doesn't make sense or isn't neccessary. Please let me know if that is the case. I'm creating an administrative form that users will you to add/remove items from a MySQL table that lists open positions for a facility. The foreach loop generates all of the possible job specialties from a table called 'specialty_list'. This table is joined to a second table ('open_positions') that lists any positions that have been selected previously. Where I'm stuck is getting the checkbox to be checked if the facility_ID from the open_positions table matches the $id passed in the URL via ?facility_id=''. I would like the user to have the ability to select multiple options but I am using some functions to move the data in hidden fields from page to page. hi i am not sure if i should be posting this problem hear.. so please direct me to the right place if i am. I am trying to create a application form, for people wanting to apply for a apartment. I managed to connect to the database set up table, even make the actual form. Know that everything is done i wanted to make it a little more interactive. I want the form to automatically show the price per month and the size of the apartment if the applicant choses apartment 1 on the form, or if he chooses apartment 2. a managed to tweak around with a filtering system by jquery but i am lost and tired, i wanted to know if there was something simple out there that could help me. But what I want to do is make a search form, which will search 15 different columns in a MySQL database. I've gone to a few different online walkthroughs, but I haven't managed to succeed as of yet. Can someone please show me the HTML and PHP coding required in order to make a search setup (the server is "localhost", the username is "root", the password is [blank], the database is "anzac war trophys" and the table is "anzac". This is obviously depending on what value is chosen, it can be anywhere from 5 to 10. But what it is actually returning is "?limit=6".
