PHP - Help Needed Dynamically Creating Web Pages

I was thinking of adding queries using a basic HTML form. To be able to do that I was thinking of having a Query sql table which has all the main create, insert, remove, update, delete and select general syntax into it. The idea is to be able to choose a query based on a HTML select option and add the values to a field, any idea how can you do that dynamically?

I am trying to use Google's map API to dynamically create new maps. For example, I would like to be able to make a replica of this page using PHP.

I just don't see where in the API it allows you to add all this information, such as adding categories, details, pictures, videos, etc.

I've been researching for quite a while, and can't seem to come up with something that is similar to what I'm trying to do.

Here is a link I found that shows you how to create maps, but I still don't see how to add all the information that you could if you did it manually!

I am just wondering which way is the correct one if you want to create object properties/attribute dynamically at run time

using magic method __set(), __get(), for example:

Or using the below way

I just encountered the second way in many places and I am totally confused  . Is the __set() method called implicitly by the PHP engine in the second way or what? how come this is considered as a valid code  ?

Do you know how both the below pages are very similiar. The only thing that's different is the actual location(s). My question is, is the same code being used for all of these template pages? If so, how does the code know differentiate between different states/cities/?

Does each state or even city have a different template? <<--- Thinking out loud here, I don't believe so because that would defeat the purpose of php/mysql. What do you think?

I have designed and created a ecommerce website that allows the user to add products to a shopping cart and for the admin to edit the inventory list. However i would like to have a navigational bar on the website where the user can choose a brand of product and the webpage shows only that brand. I know i can do this by using the WHERE command in a query however would i have to make a separate web page for each brand?

Now my question is in the second lot of code; i am doing a check to ensure that the query is true in terms of username and password match database login credentials by doing mysql_num_rows as in code .

Basically do i need to do that extra check in the second lot of code or is the first lot of code fine in checking username and password match database and if not return oops and return Oops if query fails for any other reason ? not sure if i am creating more code that is needed.

I am slightly confused see in whether the extra check in second lot of code is needed or not. Could someone please explain in simple terms to me if it is or not and why?

I have a database which contains customer details. We have a php script which pulls the records from the database and puts them into a table on the page. Currently, it fetches all the customer records. This wasn't such a problem when there was only a few customers in the db but this is a bit higher now! Is there any way I can modify the script to only show 20 per page and add links to page 2 etc along the bottom, which can be clicked to show the next 20 and so on?

This line of code works just fine for me:

I want to be able to set the integer values dynamically and I thought something like this would work:
$sql_quest = 'SELECT id, username FROM user ORDER BY id ASC LIMIT' . $my_int_value . ',' . $my_int_value + 30;

But it doesn't... Any ideas?

I've searched around the internet and can't find a good method to do this.

To start, I have a database with a field called 'fpath' that stores the filepath (root-relative) to uploaded PDF's. In this case, they're scanned personnel files. What I'd like to do is be able to download relevant PDF's based on a generated report... such as all PDF's of a certain category or all PDF's for a certain user.

If there's a specific PEAR package or other script out there that you know works well, I can research it on my own.. but each search result is bringing up a different method to do it, which makes me nervous.
