PHP - How To Make This Ignore Certian Files

I apologize in advance, I know pretty much nothing about PHP - don't hate me, please!
But I'm working on a form mailer, and it functions, but what I don't like is it leaves all the text fields, blank or not, in my email, which makes it difficult for my client to read, so theres a long list of
txt field1:
another text field:
blah blah:

all the way down the email - and I want it gone! haha.
I've researched how to do this, but basically, I have no idea how to implement it into my code and don't have time right now to up and learn PHP.

IT was a very simple copy-paste form, but I have no idea what on earth I'm doing.

ok, I run a samp server that has mysql and i'm creating a website to register on the server, Ok, I got it so you can set your charcter age (it's a role play server) but i need help with setting fighting styles, The gamemode uses pawno scirpt lang and the values i use to set each fighting style is 5,6,15 and 26.

I have it set it a drop down menu, I want to convert this code so it shows certian names and when you select those certian names it sets the value for that name

Here is the code for my age but i want set to like i said above

Instead of it outputting the Age and the Year i want it to Output those values i mention before and the style

When you select it, It writes to the database

Here is my situation. I have an exam application built in Flash, where after the taker is finished and submits their scores a record is created in MySQL in a log table. Basically there is a column called attempt which is populated with a 1 after they have successfully finished the exam. When this column has a 1, the user is locked out and cannot access the exam when they try and login. The Flash part was built a while back in AS3 and is very cumbersome to try and figure out and make changes, so I have been trying to improve some things on the PHP/MySQL end. What I have now is a php based login which uses if else statements to determine if a user has passed and if they have not uses a DELETE statement to delete their log record and thus they regain access to taking the exam. Code below.

what I would like to do to improve the application is to be able to implement a set number of attempts allowed before the user is disallowed to take the exam again, but not sure how to implement this or is even possible?

Hi All

I am trying to set up a system that where a user sets up an account the system automatically sets up a new directory and inserts template files into it.

I understand mkdir is something to do with it.

Does anyone know how to go about this please?

im starting out on my php journey with a small question.

I have a small uploading site and i want to allow php uploads. Once uploaded, you get a direct upload link, and i want the file to download, rather than execute.

How can this be done?
