PHP - Frames Target Help

This link is driving me crazy

when a user selects this link it works ok saves a pdf file to a folder on server.

i want to relocate after link submitted.

If i use this link it does redirect but does not save the pdf file to folder on server

Dear all PHP experts need your help please as I'm very new the PHP. I found this php form script on the net which works perfectly but only uploads one file. I need to upload a second file and send it to a different folders and a different field on the database. I have viewed a number of site and changed the code a number of time without success I have put the code back to original script, can some one please show me what I need to do. Thanks

I have an edit page but whenever I click edit the pathname of the original file is not in the file box so everytime I hit the save button , it will be considered as no file so my previous image or file will be overwritten by "nothing".

Is it possible to send an auto email to a person as per the target date in a datagrid column of Flash CS4 (AS 3.0)?

I was told that PHP will help in this regard.

I have the following example file attached herewith.
 
It should check the target date column and if the target date is equal to current date then it should send an auto e-mail to the respective person using the E-Mail ID from the Flash datagrid control.

For example (as per attached list):

An email to be sent to Mr. Rangarajan on 15-APR-12 with subject "Submission of BCM Procedure draft" using his email id from the "E-Mail" column of the grid i.e. rrajan@demo.com
 
Please let me know whether it is possible in PHP?

I wanna echo it out in the box of file upload so when I save , the default picture will still be there instead of being overwritten as the box does not have any value in it.

I'm trying to make a simple website approving tool. The websites should be shown within a html frame. I know frames are controversial, but in this case there is no alternative and its a perfect use of frames... So basicallly there is a top frame and a bottom where the website is shown, the top only holds some detaisl about the site/ads with some action buttons. I know my code is faulty but I have no clue as to where/how to continue. Maybe I'm requiring javascript i don't know any tips are welcome and appreciated. So here is the code:

The part that isnt working as intended for now is when I hit the approve button.
I have no idea how to re-load the code/frame properly. It does simply not approve the
page/ad. In addition it opens up a new frame so the ad is shown twice (one in each frame)

Any tips in where to go from here would be appreciated .

Can anyone suggest how to build web app like http://www1.lost-in-val-sinestra.com/ without flash. We want to pull the data from facebook and using pulled data edit the sample video and play in the browser. I was thinking to use image magick with ffmpeg to edit the video but unable to do it successfully.

I tried to edit video using below steps

1. Extract all frames from the video using ffmpeg.
2. Identify the frames need to be customized.
3. Identify the coordinates of placeholders where we need to place the facebook data.
4. Using image magick customized frames with facebook image (facing difficulty here as the video moves continously taking coordinate of each frames is tedious)
5. Create final video with edited frames using ffmpeg.
