PHP - Mysql Data On Xml File Need Help Pls

I need xml file as playlist.xml and i want to retrive data from my mysql table. I have the following code as i am trying to use php code inside playlist.xml file. I'm at the stage now where I need to moderate images being uploaded, so I've made an admin only script which displays the uploaded images with links that say approve and delete. Uploaded images are stored in uploads/ which are left there until i move them to img/, plus the filename is stored in mysql so I can "<img src='../uploads/".$row['filename']."' width='200'>". Now, I would like to make the Approve button move the image from uploads/ to img/ and I'd like the delete button to remove both the entry from MySQL and the file from the uploads folder and I'm not too sure on how to make it work. I need help here. I am creating a system where the user will be able to update the product stock by uploading the stock of the products according to the id that has been assigned to the product.

This is the template that i require user to key in and saved it in CSV format before uploading it. I think this is the right section to post this is in..... Anyway.....I'm building a web site that requires i have functionality to upload a tab delimited file (or some file format that is easiest) via php and insert the data into MYSQL. I've searched for many third party scripts but none seem to work. So I've decided to move to the community to see if someone can give me insight on how i might accomplish this script. In the below example I am using two while loops, where the second one is nested inside first one, that check two different expressions fetching data from tables found in a MySQL database. The second expression compares the two tables IDs and after their match it displays the email of the account holder in each column in the HTML table. The main problem is that the 'email' row is displayed properly while its while expression is not nested and alone(meaning the other data is omitted or commented out), but either nested or neighbored to the first while loop, it is displayed horizontally and the other data ('validity', 'valid_from', 'valid_to') is not displayed.'

I have code below (last code listed) which processes a dynamically created Form which could have anywhere from 0 to 6 fields. So I clean all fields whether they were posted or not and then I update the mySQL table. The problem with this code below is that if, say, $cextra was not posted (i.e. it wasnt on the dynamically created form), then this code would enter a blank into the table for $cextra (i.e. if there was already a value in the table for $cextra, it gets overwritten, which is bad). What is the best way to handle this? I'm thinking i have to break my SQL query into a bunch of if/else statements like this... I want the form data to be 1) stored into a mysql database AND after storing said data, 2) email the same data to our sales department. 1) The form data DOES get stored into mysql database (except for the first two fields, for some weird reason) 2) I added a "mail" section to the php file that stores the data into the database, but it is not working correctly. I have stripped the email portion down to sending just one of the fields in the "message" to make it easier for troubleshooting I have included here, both the form section of the html file, and the formdata.php file that processes the data for your analysis. It checks each row. Is there a quicker way of reading the csv data? There are lots of checks and while loops within the fgetcsv while loop. It can take upto half an hour to process a file with 1000 csv rows. Hope someone could offer some advise. Thanks Hi, I am not that versed in PHP. I have been working with this snippet of code that I found on a tutorial site. It works like 97% and I get the format mostly like I need it. Except, I can not figure how to add an extra single node to the list. The code generates 20 random numbers and puts them into an array. The array is then used to create a numbers node in the xml file. It goes through and creates all the nodes. I can not seem to figure out how to put a single game numbernode at the top of all the numbers nodes. I am also not understanding how to write the output to create the actual xml file. I have written code in the past to write a string to a text file but I am not sure about this because it is in an array? The xml file will be appended every 5 minutes for data comparison down the road. I think I will need to add a routine that calls the data back in at the beginning of the script and looks for the last game number if it is there and add 1. The game number must increment each time it is appended. Any ideas on how to finish this up? The final out put will look like this. My intention is to have some kind of a loop in one PHP file that'll have a variable that gets the returned data from a different PHP file on every iteration and does something with it. Would be simple enough to do it with Ajax but I can't use it in this instance. Any thoughts? is there a php solution that will take the raw data from one file and paste it into another text file? I have a session to check when the users login and fetch the details from their account but when they edit their avatar I want it to update the value right away. For it to change the value for the user they need to log out and back in, destroying the original session and recreating a new one on that account. Is there a way to have it always getting the data I need from the database while they're logged in? Because I don't want it to only get the orignial data in case they change a setting so they don't have to log out and then back in to change the setting. I hope you understand |
