PHP - Problem With Month - Days Repeating As Long As While Loop Extracts Data

Hey guys

This is the first loop i have attempted on my own, so please tell me if ive done something completely stupid..

What happens is the suer specifies a number of thumbnails on the previous page, these are posted to the form and then that amount of thumbnails should be displayed.

Heres what i have so far

Essentially what im trying to do is as thumbnail code to $displaythumbs for each time the loop goes round. What am i doing wrong?

I am trying to put together a mysql query that will return the number of visitors for four days ago, what i am trying to do is plot the last seven days visitors on a graph in the format of day seven, day six, etc and need to find away to get a count for each of those days.  At the moment i am thinking about running various queries with each returning the results for a specific day.  The code below is supposed to get the count of visitors four days ago.  Not between now and four days ago but just for the 24 hour period which covers day 4.  The current code just returns a value of 0.   Any help would be appreciated.

sorry if i have posted this in the wrong place, wasnt sure wether to post here or mysql.

I have made a php calendar, and i am now wanting it to show if there is an event on that day and if so show it in a tool tip. the tool tip is populated by what is in the title="" of the link so i need my events to be shown in there. I have figured out how to show the event but now i am stuck on how to show all events if there is more than one one that day, how i have set it seems to only the second event, probably as the second variable overwrote the first variable.

I have a table that contains posts and each post has a datetime field.

Im trying to work out how I can show entries from today, this week and this month so I can have a link that shows all posts from today or this month etc.

Any one know how I can do this ? My current piece of code that pulls the data from the db looks like this :

Hi Folks,

I am looping through a recordset ($result) containing different languages which I convert to values of html checkboxes, I want to compare the recordset values to array values ($arr_languages_spoken) and check the checkboxes that match.  I think I am close, the code I have checks the right boxes but duplicates every value from the recordset so I have 2 of each checkbox, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Basically in the data base I may have 2,5,7 under the year 2011.

I want to get the numeric months into words for use in the text of the link.

The above is returning December even though the entry in the database is 5.

So I am creating a list of events.  There will be a drop down menu to change between months.  I only want the months to be listed if an event during that month exists.

So if I have events listed for September and November, list only September and November, skipping October.  Any idea on how to approach this or if there are any functions for such a thing?

I need help in getting the 3 Months Name from my table field FromMonth and ToMonth.
Here is the scenario.

First, I select FromMonth and ToMonth.
Ex.
FromMonth = 5
ToMonth = 7
So it means
FromMonth is May
ToMonth is July.

Now I save the MonthNumber to my database:

table- so_month
FromMonth = 5
ToMonth = 7

Now I need to get the between Months Name from FromMonth to ToMonth which are (May, June, July).

How does it possible?
