PHP - Php Form Doesn't Show Up
I'm trying to do a simple PHP form with Securimage Captcha and whenever I add this variable "$securimage = new Securimage();" the page displays nothing. Could someone please help me with this? My php file is already in the securimage directory so that's why I'm pointing directly to the file.

It submits to reset4.php which is this simple code:

But it doesn't work. The $_REQUEST doesn't populate the address field and it apparently never gets submitted to reset4.php like it should. This is such a simple program, I can't imagine why it doesn't work. Ok. I have read everything I could find on how to fix this problem...but nothing seems to work. I have some suspect reasons why I think it doesn't work, but I don't know how to fix it. I read the notice about posting "headers already sent" and nothing in there helped me either. I am at my wits end! I have a form that is contained in a left navigation file that is an "include" file for other pages of the website. Hello, i have a form with a dropdown selection with the values 1 to 8, on the submit page i have another form which has 8 divs, now i want to show only a number of those divs based on the selection of the dropdown from the previous page. example: 1st page dropdown value is 4, form gets submitted, on the next page show div 1 & 2 & 3 & 4, and so on. When the user chooses a value/values from the dropdown lists and clicks submit, the page reloads and displaying the quarry results according to user's selection. When user first loads the php page with form, it shows no data unless he clicks submit. Question: How to show a default quarry value on first page load before user even get to use the form? In other words, I want the user to see the default quarry data pulled from DB on page load before he uses the form to refine the results...
