PHP - How To Echo An Image If Value Is Equal To Or Greater Than....
Hi guys,
Probably going to be a very basic question but i'm lost, i'm trying to figure out how to display an image if the value returned is equal to or greater than a certain number, more of a hypothetical question at the moment, Thanks in advance Similar TutorialsHi, i am trying to write a part of script for google shopping export, and all i want is that in this line, everything that is 0 or smaller, the line "pre-order" krijgt and everything that is 1 or greater the line "in stock" This is what i've got now, but it doesn't work I removed the rest of the long code. Code: [Select] $patterns = array(); $patterns[0] = '=<0'; $patterns[1] = '=>1'; $replacements = array(); $replacements[0] = 'vooraf bestellen'; $replacements[1] = 'op voorraad'; if(OPTIONS_TONEN_FEED_AVAILABILITY == 1) $output .= "~" . preg_replace($patterns, $replacements, $row->quantity); Hi Guys Hoping somebody can help me again please? I have some code which calls and displays all images in the file structure on my webpage. Code: [Select] <?php //to display image from source $dir = "profpics/"; //opening directory if ($opendir = opendir($dir)) { //reading directory while (($file = readdir($opendir)) !== FALSE) { if ($file!="."&&$file!="..") echo "
"; } } ?> This works fine, but what i want is for only the image that relates to the logged in user to be displayed. Both the user id and image id are stored in the same row of my database Sorry if this is confusing. Can anybody help? Thanks Hi, I have a search results page that return the results based on "Make" & "Model" of vehicle. The question is, can an image be echoed onto that results page based on which make and model has been searched for? The image is stored in a field called "Image_Van" so would need to display that depending on the row in that database that has been selected from Make & Model... Hope this makes sense! <?php //info bars colour $color_info="#D6D685"; // Almost Silver //FFFFCC $color1="#E9E9E9";// Light Blue $color2="#EAD5FF";// Light Blue //include function library code include_once("func_lib.php"); // use the user_connection include file's connectDB function include_once("usr_conn.php"); if (!connectDB()) { echo "
Unable To Connect To Database
"; return; } //test that make and model are passed in, if they are assign them if (($_GET ['make'] == "MAKE") or ($_GET ['model'] == "MODEL")) { $errMessage = "

Your search hasn't returned any results, please re-enter your search again.

Search again

"; } else { // get search values for make and model, removing " and ' chars $strMake = mysql_escape_string($_GET ['make']); $strModel = mysql_escape_string($_GET ['model']); } // set the Prod_Type that is to be shown regardless of car make and model $strDefaultProd = "XD"; //write query string that will pased in paging links $strQuery = "make=".$strMake."&model=".$strModel."&"; //echo $strQuery; //grab the page number that we're on $page = mysql_escape_string($_GET ['page']); //$strMake = "FIAT"; //$strModel = "Uno"; //create sql query $sqlSelect = "SELECT Prod_ID, Prod_Type, Prod_Model, Prod_Make, Prod_REF, Product_Desc, Price_ExVat, image_name, Image_Van FROM products"; //change this back to 'FILL THIS IS IN' to switch accessories off! $criteria = " WHERE (Car_Make = '".$strMake."' I'm having a really hard time getting my carousel to display in a line when I call my images from the table:

Recent Images
<< >> <?php include("file/image/upload_file.php"); $select_query = "SELECT `images_path` FROM `images_tbl` ORDER by `images_id` DESC LIMIT 9"; $sql = mysql_query($select_query) or die(mysql_error()); while($row = mysql_fetch_array($sql,MYSQL_BOTH)){ ?>

<img src="<?php echo $row["images_path"]; ?>" alt="" width="125" height="70" >

<img src="<?php echo $row["images_path"]; ?>" alt="" width="125" height="70" >

<img src="<?php echo $row["images_path"]; ?>" alt="" width="125" height="70" >

<img src="<?php echo $row["images_path"]; ?>" alt="" width="125" height="70">

<?php } ?>
Without the carousel it will display perfectly, but as soon as I implement it, the images won't behave normal :/ Hi, My example: $setting = 4 //can challenge if opponent has 4 points lesser than you $team1 = 13; //challenger points $team2 = 7; //points In my above case, it should return false because 13-7 = 6, $team2 has 6 points lesser than team 1. If team2 had 4 points or lesser, it should return true. Can someone write the if() statement for me please? Appreciate that alot. Thanks Hi im pritty new to PHP used to using ASP but found PHP to be more resourcful! Anyway, Im trying to work out how to get my script to define if a prduct fee is higher than an available account balance, but hitting brick walls! CODE BELOW: $Credits = 10; $Fee = 5; if ($Fee > $Credits){ //NEED MORE CREDITS }else{ //YOU CAN PURCHASE THIS ITEM } But returns that 10 is not greater than 5, i guess this is because it is only taking the first digit into consideration, even if it is 12 or 15 is still says its not higher than 5 ??? Ive been at it for hours searched google and come up with nothing... please help I may be acting thick and it may be really simple but im lost! Thanks in advance! $file = 'includes/views.txt'; $f = fopen($file, 'w+'); $views = fread($f, filesize($file)); fwrite($f, $views+1); fclose($f); The contents of views.txt is: Code: [Select] 1 Why is it returning it needs to be greater than 0?...The file isn't empty. i tried > and < but would work very well.. Code: [Select] include("connect.php"); $getbookings = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM phpbb_posts WHERE forum_id='17' ORDER BY post_subject ASC AND post_subject > $date"); just so you know.. that post subjects are dates formatted YYYY/MM/DD.. so they can be sorted. and i would like this code to select a the ones that are greater than or less than todays date.. can someone help me please? thanks I wrote a code to echo "limit reached" if A is greater than B. But if A is 400030 and B is 400000 it shows no output. If A is further greater than that, let say 400060 or any number higher than that, it shows the output.. Please how do I explain that? The code snippet to demonstrate what I mean is....
<?php include_once('db.php'); error_reporting(E_ALL | E_WARNING | E_NOTICE); ini_set('display_errors', TRUE); if (session_status() == PHP_SESSION_NONE) { session_start(); } if(!isset($_SESSION['login'])) { echo (""); die(); } if(isset($_POST['transfer'])) { $username = $_SESSION['login']; $transAmount = $_POST['transAmount']; $totalTrans = $transAmount + 30; $sql = "SELECT * FROM customer WHERE username = ?"; $stmt = $connection->prepare($sql); $stmt->bind_param('s', $username); $stmt->execute(); $result = $stmt->get_result(); if(!$result) { die('ERROR:' . mysqli_error($connection)); } $count = $result->num_rows; if($count == 1) { while ($row = $result->fetch_assoc()) { $accTrans = $totalTrans + $row['dailyTrans']; $sql2 = "UPDATE customer set dailyTrans=? WHERE username=?"; $stmt = $connection->prepare($sql2); $stmt->bind_param('is', $accTrans,$username); $stmt->execute(); if(!$stmt) { die('network problem'); } if($row['dailyTrans'] >= $row['dailyLimit']) { echo ''; //exit(); } else { echo""; } }//while loop }//count }//submit ?>
My question Summary Again The value for $row['dailyTrans'] is 400030 and the value of $row['dailyLimit'] is 400000 This is suppose to echo out the error but fails... if $row['dailyTrans'] is greater than 400030, it echoes out. What is the logic behind that?. Please be nice with your comments as usual. Thanks . Both Value are integers!! . The code works well just that at 400030 it doesn't output that its greater than 400000

Thanks. I introduce if condition when a string is empty as Code: [Select] if (empty($string)) { How I can add the condition for a certain value too. If empty or equal to "word1". |
