PHP - Invalid Function Syntax

i have a problem i cant solved for cople of hours!

and the intresting thing that if i echo the sql i get a working one i checked it in phpmyadmin + it shows what it need to show in the index.php if i comment the "or die(mysql_error()) "

here the sql when its do echo

so y the hell this problem is keep coming?

I'm just a beginner (and french sorry for my language) : have some pb with my little implode function.
It's Running well on my local webserver (MAMP - PHP PHP Version 5.2.17) but when tested on ovh server (PHP4) show this error :

I understand
1/ that one argument is missing but don't find the right syntax
2/ I have tried to turn this file on php5 with this extension (ovh is under php4)

I just edited the tablerate.php in magento, and now I am getting this error, but I don't know what's wrong. Anybody here can help me? I have a single dimensional array of item characteristics called $item[ ], I get the above error when I try to define the functon parameters like this function bread_crumb($item['id'], $dbc)   However when I change it to this the function works fine $id = $item['id'];

Ok this is puzzleing. I am geting "Could not delete data: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '1' at line 1". but its is deleting the entry that needs to be removed. How can I prevent someone from making an ivalid selection in a form? Lets say I had a select dropdown box and someone saved the HTML source from the browser, changed an item in the list, and changed the action to point back to my server eg. action="testsite.com/index.php". Then they open the file and try to submit the form.

I have a class (P3TElement) that extends the DOMElement class in PHP. In there i have a public variable "attributes" which is an array, and an method named add_attribute($attr), the argument is a different class (P3TAttribute). However I am getting an error when trying to use it.
The exact error is:

I have a couple of phpbb forums on my web space.

One is randomly throwing people off and it is getting far worse.

I have traced down the issue to the IP address. Phpbb stores the IP address and session id and checks that they match. If not it throws the user out. The session ids seem to be there OK, but the IP addresses aren't.

When it causes a problem the IP address seems to be returned as "::" (yes, 2 colons).

I have used the following routine to try and obtain a relevant IP address and it to returns "::"
