PHP - Session And Utf-8 Echo Inside Html Tags

So I need to echo a row from my database with php, but where i need to echo is already inside an echo. This is my part of my code:

Is it possible to echo php inside php? Im guessing not because you are already inside php but there must be a way round my problem.

What I would like to do is if the url has project = something then echo <?php require "footer.php"; ?> if not dont echo anything.

What is the best way to go about doing this ?

This probably doesn't matter much, but I am using a 'Display' class for final output to the browser.

The class will display the obvious HTML header and then display either the full site or the mobile site.

It also displays the CSS / JS (which is previously selected in the page-specific controller code as there are variations based on server-side checks).

Basically it is the ONLY class that actually needs to send anything to the browser.

When I begin output and echo inside the class, that is the end of the script - there is no more server-side code to execute.

If I shouldn;t echo inside the class, is it that bad to do so?

Im having a problem with getting the quotes correct with this. I can either get the variable to work in the href and img src or in the css. Anyone have any ideas on this. Cuase im really stuck.

This allows the $address and $cos to echo in but not the css variables

i want to somehow echo the div tags inside the while loop, but only echo once.

the confusing part for me is that the queries are connecting to 2 different tables for data.. and both need to be found for the div to be echo.

Hi   I try to echo out random lines of a html file and want after submit password to whole content of the same html file. I have two Problems. 1st Problem When I echo out the random lines of the html file I don't get just the text but the code of the html file as well. I don't want that. I just want the text. How to do that?

I tried instead of "file("$filename.html");" "readfile("$filename.html");" But then I get the random lines plus the whole content. Is there anything else I can use instead of file so that I get the random lines of text  without the html code?P.S file_get_contents doesn't work either have tried that one.     2nd Problem:   As you could see in my first problem I have a file called $filename.html. After I submit the value of a password I want the whole content. But it is like the program did forget what $filename.html is. How can I make the program remember what $filename.html is? Or with other words how to get the whole content of the html file?   My code:

I need to strip some html tags out of an uploaded string of code.  I need to keep the <td> tags...but some code that is being uploaded include <p> tags INSIDE the <td> tag.   How would I go about stripping ALL other tags inside these allowed tags: <td> <tr><table>

Can someone help me I have been working on this problem for some time. I have coded my page to welcome, firstname. At first in my insert I had used the id I have not switched it to the username as id was including everyone of my test names in the welcome. It looks like the sessions are continuing as I am able to go to the private section of the pages. However I am not sure what I have to do to produce the welcome, firstname to go to all the pages and let me know it is allowing the one member to access the private sessions.
Also when I use the login form it does not recognize the users. It is like the connection to the database dies i guess.

How do i format the echo of the first quote code? At present it echo's like so...

...which although is useful for back office purposes, not so easy on the eye for the customer.  How can i format so it's like DATE-MONTH-YEAR?  I have googled this and there are examples, but none for when echoing a $_SESSION which is where i'm falling flat on my face.
