PHP - Running 2 Values In One If Statement

Hi there i have 2 queries one for each table that calculates values in one or more fields.

The two tables are different in structure so i have had to calculate them differently:

| Ship table |
Class

|Planet table |
Class 1
Class 2
Class 3
Class 4

Depending on what type of ship is added (Class 1-4 ship) its corresponding Class is determined. The planet table is different though as it can have any number of Class 1 - 4 ships. 

So with help ive put the Ship query results into an array and echoed the results.  The Planet query is not in an array as such as i could acheive the same results using the SUM() function. Both work fine and the outputted results look like this:

Ship query
1 Class 1
4 Class 2
3 Class 3
1 Class 4

Planet query
1 Class 1
2 Class 2
4 Class 3
13 Class 4

What i really need to do now is compare each queries Class and if the planets class 1-4 < ships class 1-4 then echo the difference. For example the results would be:

Class 1 = 0 echo no Class 1 needed
Class 2 = - 2 echo no Class 2 needed
Class 3 = +1 echo 1 Class 3 needed
Class 4 = +12 echo 12 class 4 needed

Im sorry if it seems longwinded or if ive not explained my self very well but im finding it difficult.

Hi there,

I am working on a PHP web form.

There is simple textbox where users can enter countries.

If the user enters any of the European countries for example Spain, Germany or Italy then the web page must echo ' You entered a European country. The code I am using is:

Now the problem is even if I enter a different country like Japan, it goes to the first Case: i.e. 'You entered a European Country'

Whats the best way to use Switch case to check multiple values. Is my Syntax correct or do I need to use single quote of double quote here.

I can log-in, and get to the page with the two links on it. However, once I click one of the links it falls back to the log-in page, and it ends up being a never ending loop.

It's doing this:
Log-In --> Page with links ---> Log-In page again

Should be doing this:
Log-In --> Page with links --> Add Product page or View Products page

I can never get into the the actual sub page.

Just to be clear, the address bar actually shows product=add or product=view, but it still shows the log-in page.

Hi,

My company has 240+ locations and as such some users (general managers) cover multiple sites.  When I run a query to pull user information, when the user has multiple sites to his or her name, its adds the second / third sites to the next columns, rather than wrapping it inside the same table cell.  It also works the opposite way, if a piece of data is missing in the database and is blank, its pull the following columns in.  Both cases mess up the table and formatting.  I'm extremely new to any kind of programming and maybe this isn't the forum for this question but figured I'd give it a chance since I'm stuck.
