PHP - Need Help To Make These Work.

Note i have no ability to change phpconfig. I can't seem to figure this out. The queries seem to need to be in the foreach loop. The queries will then work but they update every blog post in my table. I only want it to update the 1 that has the button associated with it. So for instance... only delete the blog post where post_id = ${post['id']} Do I make the queries be outside of the foreach? If I do that then MySQL fails because my foreach is using the $post variable. ok guys, another issue for me i cannot find an answer for. according to this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8803994/php-mail-not-working-for-some-reason, mail() doesn't work when smtp is not configured properly. I checked my server files and I do not have a .ini file. am I spose to have one by default? and, according to this question in the godaddy community: https://www.godaddy.com/community/Using-WordPress/PHP-ini-how-to-make-changes-using-cPanel/td-p/119704, configuration of PHP in general should be done in the .user.ini file instead of in php.ini. the following code, which is what I have now, results in no mail being sent to my address so either my code is wrong or my configs are not set properly I'm guessing:

also, in the stackoverflow article I mentioned above, one of the responders suggests using PHPMailer as a better way to send mail using PHP. Is that true? I've always used mail() in the past and I've never been let down in terms of a message *not* being sent. PHP.net says the same thing as the response from stackoverflow as well. thanks! It takes get parameters, and for this example I'll call the parameter "step". So I have a URL like this: page.php?step=1 This page has a form with an action of page.php?step=1. The code on the page validates the posting information. Some of you may have seen one of my many posts about email issues. Some users don't get them, and I have determined it is probably because we are marked as spam.
We are a service that grades sales team members on their phone skills. Listening to pre-recorded calls, grading and uploading them to our site, and then another part of our business looks them over and sometimes leaves a message that then get's forwarded to this persons work email.
I have determined there is ways to get marked as spam as default by not having an opt out link. This is not an option, these sales members employer has opted in, and the emails are going to work related accounts hosted at that employer. Also, if one of these staff members is not so bright, or disgruntled they may mark us as spam anyways. The bottom line is that we have very little control over whether we are or are not marked as spam.
So we want to start looking into sending text messages and this is where I start to question how good of an idea this is.
First off, if it was me, and the messages where being sent to a device that my employer did not provide, I would in no way want work related text messages coming to me. Unless there is a vested interest in getting them. IE, I'm the boss at this place and am always on the clock. What if you are on the bottom? It's just a job for you.
What if it is a pre-paid device, text messages cost money. What then? What if they don't even have, or want a cell phone?
The short of it is this. If I'm at a job that is just another job, and this employer tells me that I have to get these messages. I'm going to look for another job. I see the organizations having continuous issues and complaints from their employees. Thus us as a business having issues keeping clients.
What am I getting into here? What are your opinions on this matter? What are your recommendations as to alerting users of something on our site that we can rest assured are being received 100% of the time?

What i'm more interested in is the name if statement. If currently checks for a name key in an array(below) and makes sure that it is set to required. If it's not set to required, print out a system error and die()'s. I'm looking for ways to remove the need for program errors and just change them to what is needed to run. What i know how to do is, get into the inner array, what i don't know is how to edit the data and put it back exactly as it was given to me. Hi, We are currently making our thesis and part of it is make use of AT Hayes command, which i executed on hyper terminal. first you need to configure the port where your modem is connected, on my case its connected on com4, after configuring the ports you can now execute at hayes commands on the hyper terminal. i would like to ask if is it possible to execute at hayes commands using php to send and recieve messages form cellphone and file it on database Is there a way to dynamically create subdomains like so: http://sub.example.com ?
