PHP - Count Width Of Left And Right Banner

Is there a recommended way to code in order to have a dual language support, especially when one is English (left to right), and the other is Hebrew (right to left)?

Should I design every page twice or is there a ready made solution?

this is one thing im pretty stumped on, i have done searches and tried a few different banner rotators, but they all rotate on page reload. im looking for time based rotator that doesnt require a page reload. as far as it goes, i have nothing thats working the way im looking for.

I have a database table called "featurebox" and the colums are "id", "imgsrc", "imgurl".

the other tough part is that i need it to switch with a background image of a table. my layout for this would not work if it was just a image in a table :/
I have a rotator working for it at this moment. but its in java, and i want to get rid of the java cuz it dont work to well with php or at least not well for me.

that spot where u see some images changes in the box where "feature" is titled. thats just java and they have no links to click on. and i want to change it so each image has its own URL to goto. it is the same idea as a banner rotator, but of course its not for ads to other sites.

i dont really have any code that would be usefull to show you to help out. but if you want to see something just let me know

i need a solution to find :

When any one clicks on any ad network banner  that i place on site after a click on banner i want it to hide / remove.

I need this so wont have multiple ad clicks and prevent being banned  
If some one can help me with the code how to  make  for example adhitz banner after a click made by that visitor to get hidden.

I dont need a function on a simple click anywhere on page.

I need when banner clicked to get hidden after the click is made on it.

Hi, I making a banner exchange script. Members will have to place a banner code on their sites to make banners appear. Some members might cheat by using bots to refresh the page to gain impressions and to waste other members impressions so i wanted to know if bots have ip addresses? because i want to only give member impressions if their visitors have ip. What are the other things i can do to check if members are cheating?. Thanks

For some reason I keep getting a result of 1. Everything else I try gives me a "Resource ID" number. Any help would be apprecaited. Maybe I have the completely wrong code. Thanks!

Hello, I'm using the following code to count the amount of SQL results and divide it. Works great as is but I want to alter it so it works with categories.

I tried adding...

WHERE car_cat = '".$cat."'

which causes an error.

Why doesn't this work, and how can I get the amount of results as a variable?

hey i'm just woundering how i would go abouts on echoing unread messages sent to a user

I need some help. I have this script that pulls timestamps from the database. What I want to do is create a count of how many of those timestamps that were returned were from the morning(6am-12pm), Afternoon (12pm-6pm), Evening (6pm-12am), or Night (12am-6am). How do I do I parse the timestamps to do that and display the count. Thanks!

I have this SQL query that gathers set information for the Salesperson($user) that is logged in and viewing theri need information.
Everything works weell, except my Loop Count.

I don't know, what I am doping incorrectly. It returns only two values which are the same.

But the Query returns 10 values for that user. When I run the query direct in SQL DB.

What am I missing?
