PHP - Html Email Showing <td Width="xx"> Code
This happens from time to time and it really drives me crazy. I cannot get the problem to reproduce, although I have plenty of evidence that it is happening. I have a php page that pulls in some database from mssql formats it in a nice table then send via email to a 3rd party. All of that works great. What happens is in some of the emails the first column will show the table cell information for the next column. See example:

I know that you can do that through session variables but the thing is email's can't accept scripts on sending emails. how can I get the value from a session variable for example and convert it to plain html text so that i can OUTPUT it to the email.. I am trying to create a script that will allow an employee to easily email another employee on the roster simply by clicking the email address for that employee. To sum this up (or make it even more confusing) ... If i have an email address LINK of "myname@company.com" next to an employees name and a person clicks on that link ... I need some code that will take that email address link (myname@company.com) and add it into the email script into the "$to" function so that when they submit the email form it will go to the employees email (myname@company). I have several employee on this roster so I need a universal script that takes the email links information (ie myname@company.com) and puts it into the mail.php script. I do not want to have to make individual email scripts for each employee just to add to change the "$to" variable on each script!!! Hi, I have set up 2 php pages page 1 - add_entry2.php In this page I have a invoice table created where I can dynamically add/delete rows. This has a View Bill button which takes me to page 2- add_entry3.php In this page it shows up the rows added in page 1 in read only format, so if the user wants to modify the data that he/she entered then he must Click on <back> that i have provided in the page 2 which will direct him to page 1 Now the problem starts here on click of Back the dynamically added rows dissappear..which is frustrating..I know its something to do with my code..but can anyone help me fix it. One more thing is that i dont want to store the data into DB till the finalise button is clicked on page 2 so that means till page 2 is submitted nothing goes to DB from Page 1. I now want to combine each choice in each category with each choice in the other categories and list the combinations to the user. If the user chooses one or more options in each category, it is relatively easy to nest foreach loops, since the number of categories will always be the same. I have the following doubt: I have a php file that does the following alongside with other code not displayed he $fp = fopen("emails.txt", "w"); It opens a txt file called emails.txt that is in the same folder where the php is saved but how do I tell $fp = fopen("/folderbefore/emails.txt", "w"); ??
