PHP - Send Multiple Files Through Email With Html - Php
Dear all,
Hopefully someone can help me out with this. I have a HTML form wich contains basic textfields en checkboxes. Beyond that i have a row with some dropdowns, but one of these fields in the row is a file field. Also, the visitor is able to add a new row, when the user clicks add row, a new row with the same fields including a new file field appears. This can be done as much as the user likes. The fiel field is optional though, it doesn't need to be filled. All my textfields, checkboxes and dropdowns are coming through email nicely. Only thing that isn't coming my way are the files i attach. My form (stripped but functional) can be seen here http://www.multisearch.info/test/form_test.html For the file fields i take it you need an array wich i have put in the form Code: [Select] <input type="file" name="fileupload[]"> In my PHP wich handles the form i have this wich should handle the images, but this is not working Code: [Select] if(isset($_POST['submit'])) { for($i=0;$i<count($_FILES['fileupload']);$i++) { print $_FILES['fileupload']['name'][$i]."<br />"; } } I hope someone sees something i am missing. Kind regards, Jeroen Similar Tutorialsi am trying to create a small script that will let you
1. Create a PDF from form fields then email that pdf without saving it (was using fpdf for this)
2. within that form there is a file upload - i want to send these along with the pdf crerated in the same email.
this is my code so far, the php sends fine but it is sending in 2 seperate emails and i want it all to send in one
any help would be much apprichated as i am a compleat noob at PHP!

I have looked at tcpdf, fpdi but i dont think any of those scripts allow me to do this specifically as from what i heard it generates a download link for the user, and that is not what i need. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. i want to send email to multiple user.this is my code: Code: [Select] <?php $firstname = $_POST['firstname']; $lastname = $_POST['lastname']; $email = $_POST['email']; $dropdown = $_POST['dropdown']; $formcontent=" From: $firstname \n Surname: $lastname \n Email: $email \n Dropdown: $dropdown"; $recipient = "martin@sittingspiritually.co.uk, siobhan@sittingspiritually.co.uk"; $subject = "Newsletter Sign Up"; $mailheader = "From: $email \r\n"; mail($recipient, $subject, $formcontent, $mailheader) or die("Error!"); if ( mail($recipient, $subject, $formcontent, $mailheader) ){ header('Location: http://www.sittingspiritually.co.uk/thankyou.php'); } else { die ("error"); } ?> I have recently created a small snippet of php code for posting mail and it's sweet apart from 1 thing. I have two email addresses in the recipient section. It only sends to the last name in the list. Is this because i have written recipient? Should it be recipients? I need this mail to be delivered to both of the email addresses. I'm sure it's simple for someone with expert knowledge. Thanks in advance for any help. Hi guys I am trying to send an HTML email using the following code, adapting some code I found on a tutorial site:- Code: [Select] <?php //define the receiver of the email $to = $email; //define the subject of the email $subject = 'Trade-Bidz Registration'; //create a boundary string. It must be unique //so we use the MD5 algorithm to generate a random hash $random_hash = md5(date('r', time())); //define the headers we want passed. Note that they are separated with \r\n $headers = "From: registrations@trade-bidz.co.uk\r\nReply-To: registrations@trade-bidz.co.uk"; //add boundary string and mime type specification $headers .= "\r\nContent-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary=\"PHP-alt-".$random_hash."\""; //define the body of the message. ob_start(); //Turn on output buffering ?> --PHP-alt-<?php echo $random_hash; ?> Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit <h2>Hello World!</h2> <p>This is something with <b>HTML</b> formatting.</p> --PHP-alt-<?php echo $random_hash; ?>-- <? //copy current buffer contents into $message variable and delete current output buffer $message = ob_get_clean(); //send the email $mail_sent = mail( $to, $subject, $message, $headers ); //if the message is sent successfully print "Mail sent". Otherwise print "Mail failed" echo $mail_sent ? "Mail sent" : "Mail failed"; ?> The code processes, but no email is received, any idea what I am doing wrong/missed out? Is it possible to use a php mail script to send an email confirmation after submit and that confirmation is HTML format? I would like my html form to send me data to my email. Whatever I try, it just will not work. I have ftp'ed it to my website and I checked with my web host, they do support php. Anyone who can help out a newbie, please?

Can anyone tell me why is this so? Her is the code: $host = "ssl://smtp.gmail.com"; $port = "465"; $to = " xx@gmail.com"; // note the comma $subject = " $_POST[company_website] "; $headers = 'MIME-Version: 1.0' . "\r\n"; $headers .= 'Bcc: cc@gmail.com' . "\r\n"; mail($to, $subject, $message, $headers); Hello Guys,
I need your help as many PHPers here is more experienced in PHP coding than me. I have specific project I am working on and need a piece of code that can send an email from HTML form using PHP to the email address that is entered manually on the form, instead of standard sent to PHP code that is fixed within PHP script and executed during submission. I want sth that can grab manually enetered recipient's e-mail address, paste it to the PHP code and then use it to send the email to the recipient, instead of fixed sent to code. Something would say dynamically changed during the entry that can inject into PHP code the new address email entered on the form and then submit to it. Any ideas will be great.
Thanks.

The code below currently sends a separate Email with data from each row of a table when a Save All button is pressed. So, if I have 4 rows of data, 4 Email will be sent. $email="to@email.com"; $from="from@email.com"; $msg=""; $subject="Registers Info for: ".$values["first_name"]." ".$values["last_name"].""; $msg.= "Student: ".$values["first_name"]." ".$values["last_name"]."\r\n"; $msg.= "Absent or Present: ".$values["attendance_status"]."\r\n"; $msg.= "Class: ".$values["classname"]."\r\n"; $msg.= "Class Date: ".$values["attendance_date"]."\r\n"; $msg.= "Amount Received: ".$values["cash_received"]."\r\n"; $msg.= "Paid For: ".$values["cash_whatfor"]."\r\n"; $ret=runner_mail(array('to' => $email, 'subject' => $subject, 'body' => $msg, 'from'=>$from)); if(!$ret["Sent"]) echo $ret["message"];
