PHP - Masking Bank Details
Hi,
Im developing a program and it contains bank details in some of the fields stored in the MySQL database. As part of the upload, I need to find bank details and then mask them by replacing them with XXXXXX for security purposes. An example of a field could be "TRANSFER 540021 61782457" and I need to replace to "TRANSFER XXXXXX XXXXX457" Any ideas to the best possible method? Maybe I would mask blocks of numbers (ie numbers in blocks of 6 or 9) to cover this...im not sure what the best possible way is. Thanks! Similar TutorialsHi, I have successfully implemented a master details page with the results aligned in columns linking to a details page. I wish to maintain the recordID passed from the master details page and make the dynamic text, which reads Shade A tree that is capable of..... in the attached screen shot a link to another details page referencing the same recordID. The detailspage2.php would look the same as the screenshot except the Shade text and description below will be highlighted, which I can do, there will be a new image and a new image description. All other dynmaic elements on the page will remain the same. I tried to simply save as my detailspage.php to detailspage2.php and create a link to detailspage2.php. It linked to detailspage2.php but none of the record info showed up in their respective table cells. I have all the names desc's, images, etc setup in a table in my database. Please let me know what code and other info you need to help me out with this procedure. Thanks. Hello everyone, I'm trying to set up a website for an organization that requires its members to make payments. I'm trying to set it up where users can pay online and it deposits directly into the organization's bank account. Is this possible? Or are their any other suggestions to make something similar to this work? Thanks in advance. Hi wondered if someone could help me i have this code: if (isset($data['product_image'])) { foreach ($data['product_image'] as $image) { $image = $image.".jpg"; $image = str_replace (" ", "", $image); $filename = '/home/purchase/public_html/fancydresscostumesonline.co.uk/image/'. $image; if (file_exists($filename)) { $this->db->query("INSERT INTO " . DB_PREFIX . "product_image SET product_id = '" . (int)$product_id . "', image = '" . $this->db->escape($image) . "'"); } else { $this->db->query("INSERT INTO " . DB_PREFIX . "product_image SET product_id = '" . (int)$product_id . "', image = 'no_image.jpg'"); } } } This part of the code adds a jpg at the end of the product_image additional images so in my csv the 10 columns which have additional numbers for example in my csv it has: say 00532 so this code adds 00532.jpg once imported the the next part which is the else statement no_image.jpg adds a no_image.jpg but instead of it inserting a no_image.jpg for all the blank cells i would like it to SKIP the blank cells for the additional images which is product_image so if no number in the cell it SKIPS it. but have no clue how to do it. Hope someone can help Regards, Aaron Hello,
I designed (not coded) a finance application for windows phone 8.1 and one of the features that would be ideal is to copy your login steps in order to access your bank account automatically. Yes this does not sound safe or sane. How do I convince app users to use it?
Anyway, I want this access. My rationale is that, the login information would be stored locally and if my phone was hacked then what's the loss in my login steps being hacked... they would probably be encrypted anyway but...
The goal is to be able to open up a clone browser (eg. within the app) and then every step that you take, enter url, login credentials, security questions, pages accessed... the clone browser remembers and then later on as part of the app's function, it would automatically update your balances. I mean I suppose you could come up with the formulas, cash advance fees, interest rates, etc... but at the same time this doesn't seem to be a fixed thing... eg. hard to keep track and get the exact cent amount... or maybe I'm just bad at math
Some things in mind bitmapping, key strokes, string search, number search...
Anyway scripting came to mind, not sure if php or python but
Any thoughts?
Hey guys, This is my first post... hopefully I'll remember my password with the restrictions applied to my usual password but anyway... I've just started using GD to mask two images together and present users the end result and am noticing that it's quite slow and nowhere near as quick as I first expected... Basically I'm devving a game where players explore a map. I'm creating a world map where there are separate transparent images for each terrain type and players can turn these layers on and off on their world map view as they please. On top of this players shouldn't be able to view the raw images as they must first explore the squares to reveal them. So what I have is per player/clan a Fog of war mask image is created and cached per player by querying the database. I then merge this Fog of War mask on top of the terrain pictures to return to the player a picture of each terrain on the map they have explored. <img src="worldmap.php?terrain=1" /> <img src="worldmap.php?terrain=2" /> <img src="worldmap.php?terrain=3" /> Inside worldmap.php the player's session is grabbed so players only ever receive their own fog of war image I originally thought this was going to be a simple put one image on top of the other with transparency to hide pixels they have not yet explored but instead the code snippet I grabbed is a loop that checks each pixel and writes it to a new image. Again I was expecting this to be almost instant but instead it takes about 2-3 seconds per picture and there are about 15 different images being grabbed per player. The images are 501x501 each. At the current rate its looking like I'll also have to cache each of the fow and terrain merged images to deliver them as quick as I wanted. Is this really a slow process or am I doing something wrong? I'll paste some of the PHP to give you an idea of how I'm doing it... function imagealphamask( &$picture, $mask ) { // http://php.net/manual/en/function.imagesavealpha.php // Get sizes and set up new picture $xSize = imagesx( $picture ); $ySize = imagesy( $picture ); $newPicture = imagecreatetruecolor( $xSize, $ySize ); imagesavealpha( $newPicture, true ); imagefill( $newPicture, 0, 0, imagecolorallocatealpha( $newPicture, 0, 0, 0, 127 ) ); // Perform pixel-based alpha map application for( $y = 0; $y < $ySize; $y++ ) { for( $x = 0; $x < $xSize; $x++ ) { $maskColor = imagecolorat( $mask, $x, $y); $maskAlpha = imagecolorsforindex( $mask, $maskColor ); $maskAlpha = floor( $maskAlpha[ 'red' ] / 2 ); $pictureColor = imagecolorat( $picture, $x, $y); $pictureAlpha = imagecolorsforindex( $picture, $pictureColor ); $pictureAlpha = floor( $pictureAlpha[ 'red' ] / 2 ); // Todo: switch colour based on terrain type? // Also respect picture alpha if ($pictureAlpha == 127){ $maskAlpha = 127; } $color = imagecolorsforindex( $picture, $pictureColor ); imagesetpixel( $newPicture, $x, $y, imagecolorallocatealpha( $newPicture, $color[ 'red' ], $color[ 'green' ], $color[ 'blue' ], $maskAlpha ) ); } } // Copy back to original picture imagedestroy( $picture ); $picture = $newPicture; } Thanks alot guys Lets say I have a 'Red Widget' and 'Red Ball' in my database. At the moment I am searching for: phpproductdisplay.php?description=red - this displays both items. However, if I search for: phpproductdisplay.php?description=red%widget This displays only the red widget which works fine. However, I want to display the search terms on my site and in the title. So at the moment. I am displaying "red%widget". But I want to display "Red Widget". Is it possible to get 'Red Widget'? Hi, I am building a website created from a database and I would like to mask the domain, can anyone advise how to do this and the best method. I have also heard that Google disliks PHP query links. This is an link, can I choose what appears in the link? Code: [Select] <a href="product.php?price=<?php echo $row['price']; ?>&discount=<?php echo $row['discount']; ?>&description=<?php echo $row['description']; ?>&awImage=<?php echo $row['awImage']; ?>&link=<?php echo $row['link']; ?>&fulldescription=<?php echo $row['fulldescription']; ?>" class='productlink' rel="nofollow" ><?php echo $row['description']; ?></a> Hey, i want to make a system requirements check website, and i want it to get the hardware specs automatically. Are there any java-php scripts that allow this? I would do it myself, but i do not know how to code java. Any thoughts?

Code: [Select] //Here, I am using the "</body>" tag to end the body of the webpage and the "</html>" tag to end the HTML script </body> </html> //By using the "<?php" code, I am creating a PHP script and when I use the "function" keyword here, I am creating a function called Identification with no arguments in the parameters <?php function Identification() //Here, I am creating a variable called "$viewer" //The value of this variable uses the "getenv" library function and the "HTTP_USER_AGENT" is what the "getenv" library function will be performed on and the value of this is that value of the $viewer attribute //The code uses the ";" to end the command $viewer = getenv ("HTTP_USER_AGENT"); $width= $_get['width']; $height=$_get['height']; //Here, I am using the "echo" library function and the "$viewer" attribute as well as the "<b> (bold)" tags to write a formatted string to the webpage //I then use the ";" to end the command and I use "?>" to end the PHP script $msg = "Browser details: $viewer"; $msg .= "Resolution is $width pixels long and $height pixels high"; echo ($msg); ?> //Here, I am using the "<html>"<head"> and "<title>" tags as well as the "</head"> and "</title>" so that I can write a title (Browser + Platform Identification Script) for the webpage that the script will be shown on <html><head><title>Browser + Platform Identification Script</title></head> //Here, I am using the "<body>" tag to create the body of the webpage <body> //Here, I am using the "<?php" code so that I can start a PHP script that will run the Identifcation script and show the results on a webpage <?php Identification() //I then use the "}?> to end the PHP script ?> //Here, I am using the "</body>" tag to end the body of the webpage and the "</html>" tag to end the HTML script </body> </html> Thanks, Andrew Hi all, I am trying to write a script where the user can update their details. The html form sends the details across to this php file below. All the php variables echo after the query however the values do not replace the current values in the mysql database. Also for some reason the fname is the only one that changes no matter what the value is. It is entered in to mysql as '0'. I think the problem will be in the php below. As all the information below is echoed correctly, and because the value of 'fname' changes I know the connection is working fine. I guess the error must be in the query I have written, however there is no error that comes up... Hope you can point me in the right direction. Thanks <?php include("../cxn.php"); $fname = $_POST['fname']; $lname = $_POST['lname']; $newemail = $_POST['newemail']; $telephone = $_POST['telephone']; $icao = $_POST['icao']; $newpassword = $_POST['newpassword']; $id = $_POST['id']; $sql = "UPDATE Members SET fname='$fname' AND lname='$lname' AND email='$newemail' AND telephone='$telephone' AND password='$newpassword' AND icao='$icao' WHERE id='$id'"; $result = mysqli_query($cxn,$sql) or die ("Couldn't execute query"); echo "Your new details a <p>"; echo "$fname <br> $lname <br> $newemail <br> $telephone <br> $icao <br> $newpassword"; ?> I need some help please. I have a project that has a login script that is required before moving to a shopping cart and each use a session. I have a login script that i know works separate of the cart and vice versa. The problem is that when i access the cart i get the session errors and it quits working. So i need help with getting the 2 combined so i can run the cart script while a user is logged in.
