PHP - Sending Attachments And Form Results To Input Field Value Recipient
Hi all
First, thanks for any help you can offer! What I'm trying to do is have a form, when submitted, create an attachment (the attachment appends the form values if it is already created) AND send the form values to myself as well as the person filling in the form (so to the email address in the 'email' field). I have several php files that do everything except I cant get it to email to the address in the email field and I cant see where I'm going wrong. I am NOT very php literate and these files were created for me although I understand how they work mostly. Thanks! Similar TutorialsI have a form that emails the content to a recipient. Now I want to direct the email to 6 different recipients based on the county they select. I got it to work with just two counties (cases). But my state has over 60 counties and I will be dividing by about 10 counties each. Is there a way to list 10 counties for each case? What I want to do now is add the functionality to attach multiple files using one single field, kind of what Outlook does...you can select one or more files to attach to your email. The script works beautifully except for the fact that when message is received the attached file does not contain a file extension. I am able to open the attachment but I am receiving the windows dialog box that asks: "Choose the program you want to open this file". So, basically the problem is the name of the input field that is defined as an array (profile_image[a]) on the web page that we are trying to mock. If this(profile_image[a]) was this (profile_image_a)(without []) on that webpage, then it would not have been a problem. So, if you understand, this is basically a syntax problem. I had a html query submission form linked to php.
I want to send the output generated after php execution to the user through mail id provided in the form, in a manner such that when user click submit button, he well be redirected to thank you page and php keeps on running in the background and as soon as the output is generated, it will be send to the end user through email. As my query takes time to execute, so I don't want the end user to keep waiting till the program gets finish.
