PHP - Running Two "foreach" Loops?

My first post here. I'm learning PHP as rapidly as I can, but I still have some basic questions. OK, I'm trying to run the Gallerific gallery script on my site. The way Gallerific works, it looks at an unordered list to populate the gallery. In each list item, it grabs a main image and a thumbnail image. I have folders that are created dynamically as a user uploads photos. There is a main folder and a "thumbs" sub-folder. That's all taken care of before the script comes into play I need to loop through both the main images and the thumbnails at the same time, and call each one in the list items. I know this code must be wrong, but I'll post it as a starting place. Can someone help me figure out how to do this correctly? Maybe I should not even be using foreach? Ive set up a booking form on my website to be sent directly to my email once the client clicked on the send button.. All I am trying to to is implement a variable in a "foreach" loop that increments by one through each iteration of the loop. I know how to do it in a "for" loop but can't for the life of me get it to work here. If there are two items and the foreach loop iterates twice I want the output to have number 1 in the first line and number 2 the second time around and so on. I use the ob_file_callback function to do this. When a visitor clicks 'submit' (or upon the completion of uploading), I need execute.php to echo "Your job is running..please wait". And then I want to refresh the page every 5 mins until the job finishes and the result will be shown. My problem is that, when a visitor clicks 'submit', it waits until the fortran program completely finishes (which takes a long time) before it outputs the "Your job is running..please wait". I suspect this is because of the ob_file_callback function. If I don't use that function, it seems like the log prints in real time to my browser as the program runs. I do hope this make sense... and I've spent days on this wanting to tear off my hair, so it's not like I haven't googled hard. I'm completely new to web programming, so I hope you guys understand and can be patient if I don't understand. I am getting the following error when using composer: "continue" targeting switch is equivalent to "break". Did you mean to use "continue 2"? Just started. I am pretty sure composer.json wasn't changed. journalctl doesn't show anything. Maybe Doctrine related, however, nothing seems to help.

I assume that the $_GET function is involved, but I don't know how to do it. It needs to work like this: If the URL looks like "http://website.com/page1.php" I need the "next" button (a href image) to change it to "/page2.php", and while on page 2, for the "previous" button to take the user to "/page1.php" and so forth.
