there is an "add more steps" button which duplicates step2 and step3, this can be done countless times. to complement this I added array to my input boxes something like this: Code: [Select] <input In the step2 going to step3, I would call the brand id and use it in the database to get the results for step3, but now it's array I added the following lines $brand = $this->input->post('brand[]'); $this->load->model('MBest'); $q = $this->MBest->getbestmatching($brand[0]); But the $brand[0] doesn't works and triggers an error. And come to think of it, if I call a $brand[0] index, then everytime a person add a new step, it will always use the id of the first result. Are there any ideas on how to fix this problem? I am having trouble explaining my idea in words and therefore am having trouble researching what I would like to do. First off, let me say that I only have the most basic understanding of web development knowledge. I can usually look stuff up and hack stuff together and make it work. I am sure none of is done very efficiently, but as long as it works I am happy. This project started off as a simple idea. I have a list of events on my page. When clicking on an event, I want it to open up a page to the right with a signup form and a "table" displaying the sign-ups. Seemed easy enough. Originally I was going to use Google Docs to accomplish this all. An embedded calendar with the events at the left. When clicking on the event it opened up the desired event page in an <iframe> to the right. Inside of that there would have been an embedded Docs form which exports the data to a docs spreadsheet. To the right of the form, the docs Spreadsheet would have been embedded. In my head this works, and on paper it works. However, when trying to embed two Google elements, one would break. Even if I had one on the page, and one embedded on a page that was being displayed via <iframe>. You can see this here, www.leagues.simrigs.com , I stopped mid way through when I realized it wasn't going to work. Anyway, so now I want to lose the whole Google aspect completely. I will have off to the left, nicely styled image "button" links to each event page. I still want the pages to open in an <iframe> off to the right. This is simple enough I want to keep it all within the same page. This part is easy enough for me. The part I am having trouble with now is the form and spreadsheet part. I can manage making the signup form. After that I am lost. I need to have this input data logged somewhere, sorted into a sensible manor, and then displayed on the page next to where they signed up. As you can see there are heading on the left and top of the table. So user can make booking on a specific day (heading is on the top for days) and for specific duration of time(headings are on the left). I know how to do everything I want to do, except make the script e-mail the recipient the page title and url link of the website page this is form is sent from. Since the link to this file will be included in pretty much every page on my site, I can't put static url links and page titles in the code below. I need a way for the page title and url to be pulled from the active page and be displayed in the e-mail once the person receives it. Just to be clear how this will work; there will be a link on every web page that people can click that will pop-up a window that will have this form & script in it where they can enter in their e-mail, a friends e-mail and a message and then send it off. Hi, I have a separate form created using Dreamweaver that calls a separate php script when the Submit button is clicked. Currently I am able display form validation messages in a new html page. If the user leaves fields blank, I would like the messages to appear on the form itself instead of in a new page. How do you make the messages from the php form validation code display into the calling html form? I know I could just do this with Dreamweaver but I would like to learn to do this using php. It might be easier to embed the code within the html page but I was thinking that using the separate script would be more secure. My form can be found here. I'd want it to print out like this:
(tr normal ftr rd1) for the first one, (tr normal ftr rd2) for second one and (tr normal ftr rd3) for the 3rd one.
Then (tr normal) and (tr odd normal) for the rest
Can anyone help me out here?
I have a PHP while loop that pulls from an SQL database and displays the contents in a table with two columns.

I want to be able to display the looped results side by side in columns of two.

3 45 6 I've tried using pseudo classes to display only the even and odd results in the different table columns, but honestly have no idea how to do this. I'm new to PHP, so my apologies if the results are really obvious. Thanks in advance! I'm trying to figure out why it won't display the quote(s) for the selected person.
