PHP - Fake Referrer In Curl
When making a fake identity in cURL, we use
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_USERAGENT, 'Googlebot/2.1 (http://www.googlebot.com/bot.html)'); but which is better for the referrer: curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_AUTOREFERER, true); or curl_setopt ($ch, CURLOPT_REFERER, "http://www.google.com/bot.html"); Similar TutorialsOK so I am working on a default response command prompt that will display X:\XOS(root)>user entered text 'user entered text' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. However so far when i do this it distorts the response. See pictures. Code: [Select] <?php function stripslashes_deep($value) { $value = is_array($value) ? array_map('stripslashes_deep', $value) : stripslashes($value); return $value; } if (get_magic_quotes_gpc()) { $_GET = stripslashes_deep($_GET); } if (!isset($_GET['idx'])) { $idx = 115; $text = "XOS [Version 0.2.13]\n"; $text .= "Copyright (c) 2012 RedLine Services, LLC. All rights reserved.\n"; } else { $idx = $_GET['idx'] + 3; $input = $_GET['text']; $text = substr($input, 0, $idx); $user_input = substr($input, $idx); $text .= "\n '$user_input' is not recognized as an internal or external command,\noperable program or batch file.\n"; } $text .= "\n"; $text .= "X:\XOS(root)>"; $idx = strlen($text); //echo strlen($text); //$fn = "text.txt"; //$file = fopen($fn, "a"); //fwrite($file, "$msg2"); //fclose($file); ?> <html> <style> body{ background-color:#000000;color:#ffffff } textarea { background-color:#000000; color:#ffffff; width:100%; height:400px; } </style> <body> <form method="GET"> <textarea name="text"><?php echo $text; ?></textarea> <input type="text" name="idx" value=""> <button type="submit" name="submit">Submit</button> </form> </body> </html> Hello, I have a .htaccess file set up to create directories and files based on my PHP variables. That's how it looks anyway. It's really just some URL rewriting. I'm looking to submit a form and use the code on the same page to handle the form via isset(). The problem is, however, that $_SERVER['PHP_SELF']; redirects me back to the original base/index.php page, while nothing gets submitted. I can sort of see why, but is there any way to overcome it? I could probably use the actual file and variable names, but that isn't very practical as I intend on using this code as a basis for a much larger scale. I'm not too fond of using external pages as sources for the form action either for the same reason. My intentions were to have everything handled on a single page. Also, feel free to post constructive criticism on how to improve the code. I'm rather new to PHP and will need all the help I can get. .htaccess code Code: [Select] RewriteRule base/([a-zA-Z]+)/$ base/index.php?cat=$1 RewriteRule base/([a-zA-Z]+)/([a-zA-Z0-9]+)\.php$ base/index.php?cat=$1&subcat=$2 index.php code Code: [Select] <html> <head> <title>Index</title> </head> <body> <?php $cat=$_GET['cat']; $subcat=$_GET['subcat']; if (isset($cat)){ if ($cat=='foo'){ if (isset($subcat)){ if($subcat=='bar'){ if (isset($_POST['submit'])) { echo 'Entry Submitted Successfully'; } else{ ?> <h1>Add an Entry</h1> <div> <form action="<?php echo $_SERVER['PHP_SELF']; ?>" method="post"> <div> <span>Field:</span> <span><input type="text" size="15" /></span> </div> <div> <input name="submit" type="submit" value="Submit" /> </div> </form> </div> <p> <a href="/base/">Return to Base Page</a> </p> <?php } } else { echo 'Error: Not a valid sub-category.'; } } else { ?> <h1>Select an Option</h1> <ul> <li><a href="bar.php">Add Entry</a></li> </ul> <p> <a href="/base/">Return to Base Page</a> </p> <?php } } else { echo 'Error: Not a valid Category.'; } } else{ ?> <h1>Base Page</h1> <h2><a href="foo/">Go to "Select an Option" page</a></h2> <ul> <li><a href="foo/bar.php">Go to "Add an Entry" page</a></li> </ul> <?php } ?> </div> </body></html> I have a browser game already running that revolves around breeding dogs. Right now we use static images, and I'd like markings and colors to be traits that are inheritable through generations. I am able to layer images based on the parents layers to create a new dog with new markings. However, this only works with precolored layers. Which means the markings and such are not really being inherited, there is no chance for uniqueness at all. What I would like to achieve is the ability to colors parts of a layer or whole image based on what the parents have colored. So lets say you are breeding two border collies, the sire has four white socks and the dam has no socks at all. It should produce puppies anywhere on that spectrum, some with half socks, some with just white feet, etc. I hope I'm explaining this correctly. In my head, I see this being possible by coloring only those certain parts of an image. So I only color the feet for example, in a somewhat random pattern based on the parents feet patterns. So this eliminates the need for precolored layers and presents the possibility of random mutations. Is this at all achieveable? Is there another way that I'm not thinking of? I have an intermediate working knowledge of php, I've coded most of the game myself, but then I hit something like this and get completely stuck. Help put me on the right track please? Hi, Hoping someone can help me out with something that is probably really simple, but I can't seem to figure out. I'm storing referring URLs, and some of them are over 1,000 characters because of all the variables. How would I Get only the actual url and not all the variables, such as... Code: [Select] http://www.google.com/ajax/search/start.php?eid=AAAAAwAgACAAAAH0v4jVmjrvBVRZxy6_CX4Rl8t6reioLF6htZb4qitx_2nR3dkfj7b8VJhn43Rc1JD0_Mn8S05zD1-Zg35FdE4rE6-cSmGB4Jrvebc3B6sFCY1vamkir_c--8ESJIzZeybl-22ddGIv4qP3JFtmaaLXWpOZSkyeSN17nD_I-vMnhsV8nY-gHeYTC4vqddkJQYI2bBSXP9Y0KHE189A1tFH9Cyprt4hpubL7KCKE2EPG4rErzSgnERqJMiqeLDtmdUs1Fe6e6nhaoE5bBim00LCnsfvQfYfX2wWkpglx2cZIASlb7H3AohF0amFZN2ZVeQBMhR7PsCNhhIXuuxa39-mxdjARVLqwpoQHXa2ODMu7jyNA7CO5pJ56F7vqtL2h9oDA-YlQ8BBgfXwKrmKaTKgWEU-mRqMeJ076B-JGPY6NjOg9Vkpe3KVhzh_L_rF4fz7kbQYKOgyGvmnsIEdkqlVCePqDOTvkKNMwOEdDW1LqYXIG3i3u21GGZAOqUslMnCix0sVIE09ENi-K6k75mvHxvTADiBXgPAw03BodR3I5hBfw3uFjkBKAfGJ1ir_03z5ec0Yz9RoSIOEYcZlvxeiTP-V4OnTz7n5eVYzD3o0c9mfyAYhLh4KY9LVxy88Pux2NSeIG3XAWextqYtPJhoIxWvO1qSp9tJBl_smywvlF2oZRQNCCbNNGeJ4BhdvmZ3OG7e0Jjm9FL4zEadh5pENY1A0lSInBN_reFiqe2iZh2_N8NX83Y51Tl0bn_Xrhf9SOI&c=4&f=0&ui=6002910216647-id_4d487a6db36b33126309761&en=1 I only need the info up to the "?" Code: [Select] http://www.google.com/ajax/search/start.php My php code looks like: $referer = $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']; mysql_query("INSERT INTO `refs` (`referer`) VALUES ('$referer')"); Is there an easy way to handle this? Hello, I know i can use server side code to capture a url etc, however i have a problem, i have a piece of Javascript that collects some information and passes it back to a php page which then proceses the information collected, which all works fine, on that php page i have the code to collect the refferring page, but obviously it just collects the details of the page it has come from which i already know. Is there anyway of using php to look back and get the page before that and any keywords that might have been used to get to that page, i know i could do this with javascript and include that information in the send, however the javascript is on another site and i really would prefer not having to change that if possible. I am not neccesarily looking for the solution but more if it is possible. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Hello, I'm using a direct feature on my site, and on redirect I want to record unique hits, Ip Address, and referrer, so far, the code below records unique hits, and ip address, but i want it to record referrar aswell (it records data to data.txt): <?php $filename = "hits.txt"; $file = file($filename); $file = array_unique($file); $hits = count($file); echo $hits; $fd = fopen ($filename , "r"); $fstring = fread ($fd , filesize ($filename)); fclose($fd); $fd = fopen ($filename , "w"); $fcounted = $fstring."n".getenv("REMOTE_ADDR"); $fout= fwrite ($fd , $fcounted ); fclose($fd); ?> I have this on redirect page <?php include ('counter.php'); ?> Thank you. Hello. I am trying to redirect from page A to page B. I redirect from page A with code header( 'Location: http://AAA.com/bbb.php/' ); in page B I have code if(isset($_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'])) { echo $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']; }else{echo 'SKATA';} so far I see the world SKATA. Can somebody tell me how can i redirect to page B including the referrer info from page A ? I am trying for hours and I can't get the solution. thank you in advance. I'm trying to redirect visitors that contain broadly matched URLs. For example, redirect the visitor if their url contains: "/welcome" or "order.php" or "login.mysite/" At the same time I also want to redirect the user if they a particular User Agent. Here's what I have, but doesn't seem to be entirely working... Code: [Select] <?php //detect referrer $ref = $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']; $find = "order.php"; $find = "login.mysite/"; //setting the variables $linux = stripos($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'],"Linux"); $aol = stripos($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'],"AOL"); //detecting user agent device, os, browser, etc. if ($linux == true || $aol == true) $redirect = 1; //detect referrer elseif (preg_match($ref, $find)) $redirect = 1; //set redirects if ($redirect) { $url = "http://www.google.com"; } else { $url = "http://www.yahoo.com"; } header("Location: $url"); ?> Any help you can offer is appreciated. Thanks! Hello, I need a small php script to ping a domain with custom referrer url eg: I need a script to ping a website www.abc.com with a custom referrer url ie. xyz.com so that the website abc.com would think that the traffic is from xyz.com Anyone have an idea? --SS good day dear community, i am workin on a Curl loop to fetch multiple pages: i have some examples - and a question: Example: If we want to get information from 3 sites with CURL we can do it like so: $list[1] = "http://www.example1.com"; $list[2] = "ftp://example.com"; $list[3] = "http://www.example2.com"; After creating the list of links we should initialize the cURL multi handle and adding the cURL handles. $curlHandle = curl_multi_init(); for ($i = 1;$i <= 3; $i++) $curl[$i] = addHandle($curlHandle,$list[$i]); Now we should execute the cURL multi handle retrive the content from the sub handles that we added to the cURL multi handle. ExecHandle($curlHandle); for ($i = 1;$i <= 3; $i++) { $text[$i] = curl_multi_getcontent ($curl[$i]); echo $text[$i]; } In the end we should release the handles from the cURL multi handle by calling curl_multi_remove_handle and close the cURL multi handle! If we want to another Fetch of sites with cURL-Multi - since this is the most pretty way to do it! Well I am not sure bout the string concatenation. How to do it - Note I want to fetch several hundred pages: see the some details for this target-server sites - /(I have to create a loop over several hundred sites). * siteone.example/?show_subsite=9009 * siteone.example/?show_subsite=9742 * siteone.example/?show_subsite=9871 .... and so on and so forth Question: How to appy this loop into the array of the curl-multi? <?php /************************************\ * Multi interface in PHP with curl * * Requires PHP 5.0, Apache 2.0 and * * Curl * ************************************* * Writen By Cyborg 19671897 * * Bugfixed by Jeremy Ellman * \***********************************/ $urls = array( "siteone", "sitetwo", "sitethree" ); $mh = curl_multi_init(); foreach ($urls as $i => $url) { $conn[$i]=curl_init($url); curl_setopt($conn[$i],CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER,1);//return data as string curl_setopt($conn[$i],CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION,1);//follow redirects curl_setopt($conn[$i],CURLOPT_MAXREDIRS,2);//maximum redirects curl_setopt($conn[$i],CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT,10);//timeout curl_multi_add_handle ($mh,$conn[$i]); } do { $n=curl_multi_exec($mh,$active); } while ($active); foreach ($urls as $i => $url) { $res[$i]=curl_multi_getcontent($conn[$i]); curl_multi_remove_handle($mh,$conn[$i]); curl_close($conn[$i]); } curl_multi_close($mh); print_r($res); ?> I look forward to your ideas. Hi, I have decent knowledge of htaccess and know enough about php/mysql so a little direction/advice is mostly what I need. I host a website(site1.com) that has links to files that are hosted on a different website(site2.com) on a different server. When a file link is clicked from site1.com, first it will go to a local php file(within site1.com) that checks that the user is logged in and make sure the file exists. Then it redirects(using a simple header function) to the file located at site2.com to begin download. But since my files at site2.com stored in a simple folder(if you knew the folder name, you could download all the files without having to be logged in), I want a way for site2.com to check that the file request is coming from site1.com(maybe using php referrer?) before it allows the download to proceed. Any ideas? Hi, i need to run this past you guy's. I need a way to effectivly check if a user has entered correct "real" details in my registeration form and check if email is already in my database to prevent the user from registering twice? I need this as some unknown person is using the form and entering there details like this: Username: 1 Password: 1 email: 1 It's really annoying as they are doing this several times so i have around 13 rows of just "1" in my table now! grr!! so far ive got: Form: <input name="upassword" type="password" class="style7" id="upassword"> <span class="style7">Email</span> <span class="style7">:</span> <input name="email" type="text" class="style7" id="email"> <span class="style7"></span> <span class="style7"></span> <input name="Submit" type="submit" class="style7" value="Register" /> </form> Script: Code: [Select] <?php if ($db_found) { $SQL = "INSERT INTO users (username, upassword, email) VALUES ('" .$username. "', '" .$upassword. "', '" .$email. "')"; $result = mysql_query($SQL); header( 'Location: http://www.removalspace.com/index.php' ); exit(); } else { print "Database NOT Found "; mysql_close($db_handle); } ?> But i need it to perform the checks aswell as drop the "real" data in to MySQL? Any ideas please? Hi. I am fairly new with cURL.
I have a URL like example.com/index.php?something=value&somethingtwo=valuetwo
How can I get those values and print them out?
I've got this code, but have no idea what to do next, please help guys!
<?php function get($url, $params=array()) { $url = $url.'?'.http_build_query($params, '', '&'); $ch = curl_init(); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, $url); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT, 10); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, false); $response = curl_exec($ch); curl_close($ch); return $response; } // Sample call echo get('https://www.example.com/index.php', array('something'=>'value', 'somethingtwo'=>'valuetwo')); ?> can someone help me create a cURL for this? i think its a get method, right? Access it including the GET parameters and make sure that settings are also follows. Dispatcher URL: http://website.net/gw/dispatcher.woof GET Parameters: RRN is the random reference number SRC is the access code (i.e 2336) DST is the recipient of the message (i.e. 639209547958) MSG is the actual reply message up to 420 characters, including non printable characters. KYWRD is the primary keyword (i.e. hello) need help. thanks.. this is my current code <?php //getting the value of RRN $rrn=urlencode($_GET['rrn']); //getting the value of MSG $msg=urlencode($_GET['msg']); //getting the value of DST $dst=urlencode($_GET['dst']); //getting the value of SRC $src=urlencode($_GET['src']); //setting up the value of KYWRD $kywrd = urlencode('KEYWORD'); //assuming that the dst here is 2336 $aw = "haha"; $str= "?src=".$dst."&dst=".$src."&msg=".$aw."&rrn=".$rrn."&kywrd=".$kywrd; print $str; $ch=curl_init(); curl_setopt($ch,CURLOPT_URL,' http://www.website.net/gw/dispatcher.woof'.$str); curl_exec($ch); curl_close($ch); ?> Is this correct? Thanks I have a large list of websites that have allowed me to submit my website and description every 24 hours to there sites. I'm really getting tired of sitting by my computer and submitting the information to every site manually. I never understood curl and php dom stuff. does anyone have a easy code where I can post a pre scripted text of my information into three boxes and it auto submits every 24 hours to the websites? The boxes look like this Code: [Select] <input maxlength="255" value="http://" name="sPlugurl" size="20" style="font-family: Verdana; color: FE9999; font-size: 10pt; background-color: 656565; font-weight: none; border: 1px solid #0C0C0C" type="text"> <input maxlength="30" value="Sitename" name="sPlugname" size="20" style="font-family: Verdana; color: FE9999; font-size: 10pt; background-color: 656565; font-weight: none; border: 1px solid #0C0C0C" type="text"> <input maxlength="255" value="Description" name="sPlugdescription" size="20" style="font-family: Verdana; color: FE9999; font-size: 10pt; background-color: 656565; font-weight: none; border: 1px solid #0C0C0C" type="text"> <input type="submit" value="Dump" style="background-color: #656565; font-family: Verdana; color: <? echo ;?>; font-size: 10pt; border: 1px solid #0C0C0C"> the php script would auto fill out the value of the first 3 boxes with my info and then the program would submit it to there forum. I looked on google but nothing I found I can figure out? I am trying to send the following curl command using PHP but I have so far been unsuccessful, any help would be appreciated :-) curl -u 1fd7b89be6f3533d7:X -H 'Content-Type:application/xml' -d '<message><body>Test using the API</body></message>' http://someurl.com The purpose of this script is to automatically send a message to a campfire chatroom for a PHPUnit script using Selenium I have just installed cURL and am learn to use it but I'm not sure exactly what I am doing. For example I have a page with this code on it. if($_GET['number'] == "6") { echo("<p>the number is six</p>"); } Then I am trying to use cURL to send the number 6 to this page so that it returns "the number is 6". However I am just getting an output of "1". Below is the code I am using to try to get the output of "the number is 6". $ch2 = curl_init(); curl_setopt($ch2,CURLOPT_URL,'http://localhost/crawler/crawlertest.php'); curl_setopt($ch2, CURLOPT_POST, 1); curl_setopt($ch2,CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS,'number=6'); $return = curl_exec($ch2); echo ($return); curl_close($ch2); Thanks for any help Hi there, I wanted to create files from my phpscript. So I used the most obvious function, fopen(). It didn't work on my server and contacted the administrator, who said fopen() was disabled for security reasons, and that I should use cURL. So I did what everyone would do; I googled it. Found the php.net curl manual, but can't really comprehend what it sais. So I have a few questions: 1) Can you create .php files with cURL? 2) How? 3) How do I then write php-content in the file? Please try to explain rather detailed and simplified, I've never been good at quickly understanding all these things. Thanks a lot! hello i`m new here . i need someone to build a php script with CURL and <iframe> i can pay for the script PM back or email me here icemerc@yahoo.com |
