PHP - If (isset($post[''])) Not Posting

Hi all,
Hoping someone can help with what i would guess is a very simple problem.

I have the following code which is suppose to display a form. the form posts to itself and uses isset and if the form has been posted it doesnt display the form.

this currently doesnt work.

Extra things you might need to know is that this script/form is an included file in a dynamic site which also uses the rewrite module which is why I am using http://' . $_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"].$_SERVER["REQUEST_URI"] just incase that makes a difference.

I'm having on and off problems with a PaReq code that I receieve from PayPoint.

This is part of a 3D Secure transaction. What happens is, I post to PayPoint the card information, They send me back a URL, MD Code and a PaReq code, The MD and URL are fine. BUT the PaReq is hit and miss.

After consulting the tech support at PayPoint they are saying that occassionally the PaReq string is missing the "==" from the end of it.

How can this be, If all I am doing is replicating what they send to me?

Any hints, tips or answers on this are much appreciated, As this is an ongoing issue that I'd love to solve. It appears the tech support I've receieved has been pretty poor.

Hey Guys. I am working with a form that shows the grand total on the checkout page. The value of the grand total is inside a hidden field. When click on  submit, the _POST array doesn't get back the last value of the grand total. I need to hit the button twice to get the last value. The weird thing is when I  echo the value of the grand total it display the latest value, but not with the POST array   For example. If the grand total is $10.00 and I click on submit. It will show the POST['grand_total'] as empty. If I click on submit again it will show the grand total of $10.00. Below is my code that I am working with. Any help would be really appreciated.

This is blowing my mind. I have this function and all I want it to do is check to make sure that the var $race is set and = '0'. The default value from the form is '0'. I also want it to check the value of race and if it is anything but the two listed , submit error. Yes I've tried to replace the || with &&.. Nothing works(Meaning that it will error when its not suppose to or it wont error when its suppose to).. Any ideas?
