PHP - Moved: Innovaeditor

I've been trying to figure out this issue for a couple of days now.  I have a client that insists in using the Innovaeditor in IE.  I have placed a stylesheet in on the editors, and it breaks the scrollbar in IE.  When I take it out it returns.  I still want to preserve the styles I want to set, and be able to scroll down the editor box.  It works fine in Firefox.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
