PHP - Email Order Confirmation

I want people to register at my site but I don't want them to put false emails on it. The process worked up to when I click on the confirmation link (at testing) from the email and the link returns to a blank webpage. This part works fine. I also want to send the sender a confirmation e-mail. I have written this part of the code also, but the from line in the confirmation e-mail is the e-mail of the ISP and not mine. Any suggestions? I have an online form for orders; when submitted, an email is sent to the shop manager containing the info the client has filled in. So I pass all the info in the code below, but I can't manage to echo the array containing the order's items/qty/item_code. My problem is how to handle these two api responds and also the functions to use them to place a trade and cancel it. i wanting users to be able to update there email address and check to see if the new email already exists. if the email is the same as current email ignore the check. i have no errors showing up but if I enter a email already in the db it still accepts the new email instead of bringing the back the error message. Now I completed my submit form with validation , when I click submit , above the form will echo the values entered by user and a button for confirmation , if everything okay then just click the confirm button , it will update into mysql . (I do this using php function ) But even if I click the confirm button , it will just refresh my page and won't update into mysql . I know that it is because this button has no related to the submit form so there is nothing for it to update , but I still don't know how to find other ways to do it .
